Despite numerous attempts, I've still not be able to pair with the wireless subwoofer. The sound coming from the sound bar itself is good though.

Posted .I am sorry about the issue you are having with your SB250. Please follow the steps below:
1. Unplug the units from the power outlet and plug them back in after 5 minutes.
2. Turn both the soundbar and the sub on. The light should be amber, meaning it is in standby mode.
3. Press and hold the pairing button on the soundbar first until it blinks fast, meaning it is already in pairing mode.
4. Press and hold the pairing button on the sub until it blinks fast. After blinking for seconds, the LED will stop blinking and remain a solid blue color when paired.
If you are pairing the unit for the first time, it might take a while for the units to pair.
If you are still unable to pair them, try doing a reset by following the instructions below:
1. In standby mode - Press "Volume-" (minus) button and "Surround mode" button simultaneously for approx 3 seconds
2. Once the soundbar turns on, it has been reset.
3. Repeat the pairing process.
