Has no mid-lows and there is a tremendous gap in frequencies between what the sound bar puts out and the subwoofer. Still debating taking it back, I expect more from JBL at this price.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. If your TV is connected to the SB250 via optical cable, please check the digital audio settings on your TV. They sometimes give you options as to what type of signal to send. If it's set to Dolby Digital signal, it doesn't actually accomplish anything because the soundbar must take that DD signal and convert it back to stereo in order to process it. Stereo is the best option when it comes to soundbars. It is the easiest thing for them to process.

If you are looking for something better than the small speakers that come with your TV to fill a small space then this is a fair choice.
