I love the sound that we get from the bar and sub, but I wish I hadn't synched my remote control to it because the volume control doesn't work properly. I think I need to reset the remote and just have two remotes. Everything else was good. I too had issues pairing the sub, but really think it was user error. There is a Youtube video which shows how to easily synch.

Bought this sound bar for our bedroom to replace a different sound bar that was relocated to out entertainment room. Great sound and doesn't over power the room. Had some trouble with getting the subwoofer to connect but I think it was because we had too many other bluetooth devices around. But finally got it connected and working great ever since.

I use this in my little master bedroom that barely fits a queen size bedroom set. It works great! It's not the most mind-blowing sound quality I've ever heard but is sure beats the TV speakers on my 42" Panasonic plasma. It's a mini movie experience in my bed and I'm very satisfied. I did buy this open box for half price though. I can't say it's $300 sound quality though. You could buy a soundbar and sub for about 1/2 that and it would probably provide the same quality sound.

Great system. However, the remote that comes with it is hard to use. The buttons are difficult to press and It’s small and easy to misplace or get lost.

I have read and looked at a lot of speakers, but I seen this one and immediately knew it was gonna be an AWESOME BADASS and it is. It was so easy to install and sync up. It comes with a wall mount bar just in case u wanna mount it on the wall with your TV, I didn't because of our stand we have, anyways. It has several different ways to listen, and it's very easy to figure out which is the best for your particular room/movie, whatever It has a remote that controls the sound and whatnot, it comes with an optical cable too that you can use for your connection which I highly recommend, the subwoofer belts out some seriously deep badass booms, the speaker has amazing surround sound, I don't get how they can make a front speaker sound like it's all around you, but they do I love JBL, I have several different types of JBL speakers firing in my house In my opinion they are definitely one badass company that strives for customer service, I bought a JBL speaker the Charge, The big one, and it didn't have the USB cable and wall plug with it, well I emailed JBL, and they sent it to me overnight, no charge, no questions asked other than my contact and shipping info Do yourself and your ears a favor and definitely buy this speaker, it's well worth every penny

I bought this as a sound bar for my bedroom, i can't live without it I want one for my kitchen and my living room and my yard, of course my son wants one too... this sound bar is amazing ! I'm a junkie for good audio and this met my expectations, YOU DEFINITELY GET THE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK, great sound quality , very easy to use, only thing i would improve would be an app to control it or better remote THANK YOU BEST BUY STAFF for taking your time to help me choose a product that is definitely worth every penny spent ;)

The Woofer never paired once I started installing it so had to go back to store to get that done.

I was going to buy a Bose system, but the cost made me hesitate. The sales guy mentioned this lower cost system and had me listen to it. I thought it sounded pretty good so I figured why not if it saves me $700. Once I got it setup at home, I liked it even more,l. Great sound with nice base. Highs and lows give a full sound. Could use a better remote.

This is my first time purchasing this brand I am impressed Great sound. I was watching a movie and paused because I thought I heard something.. lol it was the sound bar I heard everything in the movie.. Awesome

Great Buy. Sound is amazing. Bass is deep, can hear it all over the house (2 story). Only issue is the remote is really small and can only control the sound from that remote. It doesnt allow me to configure to adjust the sound from the soundbar with my TV remote. But a great buy.

Sound bar puts out great sound but I wish it had a display to tell you your volume level.

I think the sound bar and subwoofer combination sounds great. It can also act as a bluetooth speaker for my family's devices. Only slight negative is there is no outward indication of what volume level the bar is set at, but I don't think that is unusual for sound bars.

the sound quality is awesome but the set up instructions are only fair and turning it on and using the remote are less than desirable. very small remote, can't get it hooked up/synced with my Dish remote and trying to get the sound on can be a challenge, once on, it's great.

I bought this to use in place of my LG TV speakers. It's awesome. The volume and sub woofer is controllable with the simple click of a button, although it took a few tries to pair it via Bluetooth. The sound quality is great. It really fills the room and transforms the viewing experience. It also paired with my smartphone in seconds and the connection was solid, no problems at all.

Bought this because the price was right. My wife was skeptical at first but as soon as the tv was turned on and sound came thru she was all for it

I was looking for a sound system for my living room, I checked out some high end systems but way out of my price range. So I compared sound quality of what was in stock at store and found that the sound on this JBL was better than some more expensive units

Easy to set up. Great sound. BT connectivity is a great feature.
