Music sounds great on it. Regular tv shows sound pretty good. Movies sound good. Overall a good buy. Easy to setup. Decent amount of bass considering the size of the subwoofer , and the price. It is a good setup for smaller rooms. The two things that suck about the sb250- 1. The remote is awful. Just a total piece of garbage. I've had cheap after market car stereos that came with nicer remotes. 2. The instructions are not very instructy. They don't explain what any of the functions on the cheesy remote do, nor do they explain what the sub settings do. Not a big deal, just annoying. Over all a 4.5 out of 5.

Returned it and ended up with the Klipsch RSB-11 and love it!

It was very hard to install, no English instructions for the initial set up. The sub didn't stay connected and eventually quit working and than a few days later the base unit stopped working and I returned it all with a few weeks.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. The SB250 is compatible with any Bluetooth enabled device. If you're unable to pair another device after pressing and holding the Bluetooth button on top of the CINEMA SB250, you may need to reset the CINEMA SB250. To do this, press volume - and Surround button at the same time for 5 seconds. Pair and test. This will likely solve the issue.

So far so good... very crisp surround sound, no bass delays, bass is always active, connects to bluetooth fast... great for watching movies, playing videogames and music... First time pairing will be a bit annoying... here's my tip... hold the pairing button at the sub-woofer for 3 seconds then release... then hold the pairing button on sound bar for 10 seconds then release... once it's paired everything works perfect... even if you turn it off or unplug from electrical socket it still paired... I highly recommend this if your budget conscious like me...

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. The most important thing, is to be sure that both blue pairing LEDs must flash quickly, one on the SB250, one on the subwoofer. If just one of these LEDs does not flash quickly, pairing cannot take place.
If it is difficult to make one of the LEDs change to quick flash, it may be that the button is held too long, or not pressed in the right angle.
Try again with a short, firm press less than a second. If this doesn't help, please submit a request at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

Great Soundbar, Powerful Subwoofer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently returned my LG Soundbar after being repeatedly disappointed by the poor subwoofer quality and the multiple attempts to have it repaired by LG. Thankfully, Best Buy took it back after a few months of me trying to fix it on my own so I decided to upgrade to this JBL model. So far it has been absolutely worth the extra money. Phenomenal, room-filling sound, booming subwoofer, and a clean and consistent bluetooth connection between the subwoofer and soundbar unit. Easy to set up, easy to program with your TV remote, easy to connect a bluetooth device to play music wirelessly. Absolutely love it!

It does adjust the volume no problem, but we have to use the JBL remote to turn the soundbar on or have to physically push the on button on it.

Fairly easy to set up and was able to program our Cox Cable remote to control it. Looks good in front of the tv but need to rework that since it does block the tv IR sensor. Not a fault of the soundbar, just haven't figured out better arrangement yet. Good, rich stereo sounds that enhance the viewing experience.

The sound bar produces clear sound, while the wireless subwoofer puts out enough bass that's not an overkill. Installation was easy enough to figure out yourself since the instructions didn't help at all. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking into a sound bar. Very happy I made the exchange!!!
