Good sound, no sync

If you want to program your TV remote to control the SB250, Please follow these instructions as detailed on the Quick Start Guide –
1. Press and hold the top panel 'Surround' key until the system enters learning mode
(the LED will blink orange).
2. VOLUME + : Press 'Volume +' on the soundbar and then press 'Volume +' on the TV
remote control.
3. VOLUME − : Press 'Volume –' on the soundbar and then press 'Volume –' on the TV
remote control.
4. MUTE: Press 'Volume +' and 'Volume –' together on the soundbar and then press 'Mute'
on the TV remote control.
5. POWER: Power On your soundbar by pressing the 'Power' key on the soundbar and then
pressing the 'Power' key on the TV remote control.
Note: After each TV IR code is programmed, the blinking orange LED will turn white for 1 second. The soundbar is ready to learn the next key after the white LED disappears and the orange LED begins to blink.
Press and hold the top panel 'Surround' key again to exit learning mode (the orange LED will stop blinking).
NOTE: Staying at a distance of 2-3 feet from the CINEMA SB250 will likely give you best results when doing the programming.

Great soundbar for medium sized living room

We were joking about her hearing the TV and she suggested getting surround sound. I suggested getting a sound bar or a hearing aid Lol! Well, we chose the sound bar and it was a great decision. This sound bar is affordable and delivers great sound. Mom and I are happy with the purchase and it is indeed cheaper than a hearing aid.

Posted .We're sorry to hear if you were not satisfied with our product. If it frequently unpairs, first try doing a reset.
1. Switch the SB 250 ON.
2. Press and hold the Surround and Volume (–) buttons simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds, then let go. The Source selection Button flashes amber, followed by the power button and source buttons flashing several times.
3. The soundbar is now reset.
Now try pairing the soundbar and sub together again. To get them to pair, you must press the pairing button, just a quick press, and the light will begin flashing quickly. Then do the same on the sub. Once they are both blinking quickly, they will find each other and will be paired.

Good soundbar, but

I also initially had problems getting the subwoofer to pair with the main unit due to some bluetooth interference from my iPhone and Fitbit. Nothing in the documentation to help with this issue. It would also be nice if they included a power indicator on the front of the unit instead of the back as once you mount the unit on a wall you cannot see it easily to determine if the unit is powered on or off. .

However I am having issues with a popping sound. It does not happen frequently but every once in a while it happens, does any one know why?

We had purchased a cheaper sound bar and you could tell that it was not even comparable to this one. Great for watching sports and listening to music with friends.

Amazing when it works properly

Even with the Bluetooth in very close range. I usually restart it a few times and it goes back to normal. If it didn't have that issue I'd give it 5 stars.
