Great sound, love that it's wireless. Great price!!!!!

Very Good Sound Quality. However I am facing one issue that TV speakers wil not work once this is connected. My TV is 'Toshiba - 49" Class (48.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - with Chromecast Built-in - 4K Ultra HD TV'

We just found a great deal on a new large 4k tv and this sound bar is the best compliment to it! Unfortunately these new TVs just dont have the space for huge speakers, but this little addition has made a major difference. The set up was a little tricky, but once i stopped and read the directions a little more carefully, it hooked right up :)

This system had a small remote. Very inconvenient display which doesn't allow you to see if you're actually hitting the sensor. Sound was great though.

This is my first sound bar and it couldn’t have been easier to install and use ! Remote isn’t a teeny tiny thing but you can program it to match your other devices remote !!! Super handy !

Went looking for a sound bar that was featured in the weekly ads. Associate talked me into looking at this one and am not disappointed. Sounds much better and more like a movie theater experience.

Fairly easy for me to connect, set up. It was very clear to hear the difference this made in hearing and understanding what was playing on the TV

The unit has great sound and very easy to set up. I would have given five stars except the mounting brackets are difficult to use it you want to use the sound bar mounted to the wall bracket.

Use the sound bar on my patio. It has A lot more power than you think. Perfect sound as well

For something I didn't think we needed (my hubby wanted it) I sure do like it!

I have nothing negative to say about the JBL sound bar and subwoofer, manufacture flaws happen. I had a poor experience with the then working Home Theater manager. I returned a couple days later to follow up of any other way my JBL home theater speaker could be connected to my new LG 55' I bought with it. When re-explaining that I was denied an exchange, even when I offered to pay for an upgrade because I was '2 days past the return date', even though the speaker hadn't worked in nearly two weeks. The then working Home Theater Sales Leader, Trevor Rauch was called over by the very helpful and concerned associate. Trevor couldn't of been more of a stand up guy that rapidly brought back any thoughts of remaining a loyal customer of Best Buy. I was and am very thankful for his courtesy and consideration in immediately offering to exchange my theater system. At time I was simply attempting to figure out another approach to using another speaker connection because the optical line fit loosely port and wouldn't maintain connection. I ran home to gather original non functioning JBL speakers and Trevor had my exchange, that I was so thankful for and realized later it was a very complimentary upgrade to the 3 way Samsung . Again, much appreciated Trevor, if visiting the Best Buy in Bend, Trevor is the man!! And for the Lifestyles department, Mike Montesano is equally top notch, any car stereo needs, he's your guy!!! Thanks fellas!! 6 Stars for customer service for those two.

works great for my small place. it takes up more space than flat bars. i wish it connected to other portable JBL speaker as a feature. since you can sync others together.

I bought the open box model so I was somewhat satisfied with the sound quality for the price. Although if you consider the size of the speakers then the sound quality is amazing. Some issues when using bluetooth such as momentary signal loss. Would be perfect for smaller rooms or apartments , the volume just isn't there for streaming music. Works fine for movies but for the retail price you could probably find a better system. That said, I am a big fan of jbl products. Just not quite what I expected.

I bought this as a replacement for the one in my living room. The sound is fuller. The bass is deeper. Only issue is a weird popping noise when streaming music on Bluetooth. If you move farther away the noise doesn’t seem to happen.

Bought this product for my husband to replace a wired system. Love not having the wires present, but the sound is not quite as loud as we were used to.

Just what I wanted I had been looking for a long time for a good speaker

It is awesome to watch movies and sports with.. feel like I’m theater..

For the price fantastic sound system. On sale made it an easy decision.

The soundbar sounds great and my mother is very pleased with it. The instructions were lacking in details. I watched a youtube video to figure out part of setup.

The TV in our basement has poor audio quality. The JBL sound bar has made a huge difference in the sound of the TV.
