This is a 500 watt amp @ 2 ohms. Period!
If you have a single voice coil (SVC) 4 ohm sub it will put maybe 250 watts to it.
If you have a SVC 2 ohm or a dual voice coil 4 ohm (DVC) you MIGHT get 500 watts.
The only time this MIGHT get to 1500 watt is if you run it off 20v in 1 ohm - and either blow all your fuses or the amp its self.
