The connectivity is great, the app and volume controls are great. Very good product but not what I expected as far as sound, it is not as loud as I expected especially for the price. The sound is decent but I expected more. The sennheiser and the Sony WF 1000 xm3 along with the AirPods and beats pro are louder.

I bought these as an early birthday gift for my fiancé and he absolutely loves them. He uses them while he’s at work and they last all night an doesn’t have to charge them right away. They fit him just right. They were definitely worth the money. I would recommend.

Great sound quality with ANC on but off it sounds very robotic

Killer sound quality! Tried the Bose quiet comfort first. Sounded great but, for the price and no customization was not for me. These sound great and are customisable through the app. Only con is the ANC is not good for ambient sound pass through.

Sound quality is good, but if I walk start eating with these earbuds in they fall out immediately. Never even tested it in the gym but I doubt they would stay in.

My husband loves these eat buds. They stayed in his ears when he shook his head very hard (on purpose). They do a great job with noise cancelation. Good buy!

Perfect for work. I’m in QC and while conducting first articles and/or in process, the headphones block everyone and everything out. 10/10

Did not like the call volume and sound quality for music did not match the Sony. It seem to have more of and echo when watching you tube or listening to podcasts.

phenomenal sound quality and functionality. The app for them works great! The active noise canceling works great as well.

If you get a tight fit these can hammer out some deep bass and still keep highs clean and clear.

The noise cancellation was ok, the sound was just that....OK. The comfort? Again....OK at best. Nothing about these was noteworthy or enough for me to keep them. Promptly returned after 1 day.

Sound signature is very neutral yet fun. These will give Sony, Master & Dynamic, Klipsch and Bose a run for their money. Tons of equalizing with JBL headphone app.

The only JBL product I had major issues with. I have pretty much at least 1 JBL product in any category, Bluetooth speakers, smart speaker smart display speaker, headphones, earbuds, wireless earbuds, and true wireless earbuds that I never had any issues with. This product on the other hand, the most expensive and supposed to be most premium TWS from JBL but it was horrible. The first issue started when trying to get a proper fit, the app keeps saying failed, try again, and the few times the app showed the left earbud had a good fit, the next try, it showed it didn't despite not even touching the left earbud. So I skipped the fit process and just want to check the ANC. But as soon as I started playing music, I can hear static/cracking noise in the left earbud and with turning the music volume up, the noise was amplified as well so I was never able to even test how good the ANC is. Last point I wanted to mention despite that this might have been a one-time thing that my unit was defective, the volume was not as loud as my other TWS from JBL like UA Flash X, and the Reflect Flow which I will be sticking with for the mean time
