The app is horrible as reported by others. The sound quality was awesome in the right speaker, I really wish they had worked. Oh well, moving on!!!

Posted .Let's perform a factory reset by following these steps. Double-tap the button on the right earbud, then on the third tap - press and hold the button for more than 2 seconds. This restores the earbuds to the factory defaults. TWS must be connected to perform the reset, so neither of the earbuds should be off or in the charging case. It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again. Pleasantly surprising and great sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got these as a gift and have used them for about 4 months with no issue other than an occasional readjustment or an earbud not connecting properly when putting them back in the case, thats about it. I have the 2nd gen airpods and it is a huge step up in sound quality. The ANC works, even though i don’t use it often. One of my favorite features is the Ambient sound control, it makes it easy to pause your music and have a conversation without having to take the earbuds out. I use these every day for hours at a time and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Also, the app makes EQ customization faily simple and i definitey reccomend tuning the EQ to your preferences to get the most out of these buds.
