    Works really great.Have little complaints. But I really love the ensuring policy on best buy just in case anything happened to my item really saved me a lot of money in the post office

    These things are practically in impossible to fit into your ears. It actually hurts to use them. Way too hard to use. One they are in, the sound is good, but they require you to grind them in and twist it to seat it.
