Sound is pretty darn exceptional and for the price,, you seriously cant go wrong. Highly recommend!!! I guess the only issue (which isnt even a big one) is that the controls are very sensitive so sometimes you may accidentally pause/skip a song when your pushing it into your ear. And i guess if you really wanna be a critic, it could use a tad bit more mid range sound but honestly these headphones are AMAZING and i totally love them and strongly recommend them:)

Purchased these as they were reported to being water proof or sweat proof. Wore them in the steam room and was only there for about 10 minutes before it started acting up. Permanently affected the microphone so I can still hear music but people say I sound muffled when using them on phone calls. Turning them on is work as you have to press the seamless button quite hard and hurts the ear if the ear bud is already in ear. Sometimes it turns on while I’m moving it in and out of my back pack. In short, it takes work to turn it on when you want it too but effortlessly turns on when you don’t want it too. I would not purchase these.

I just misplaced these earbuds, and miss them. I like the sound quality, and they lock in fairly securely. They also have a magnetic connection between the bud and the part that goes around the ear, which makes them easy to hook on to the strap of my bag or each other. On the downside, the blue LED is quite bright, which bothers me in dark settings. It creates shadows that have freaked me out on more than one occasion, lol. And I just don't like a bright blue light bringing attention to the thing in my ear. The biggest drawback is that the touch controls are not the easiest to manage. I have to tap three times quickly to back up, and if I am a little off the mark or out of sync, it will register only two and skip forward, or one and pause. Adjusting the volume by sliding my finger up or down also usually results in an accidental pause or skip. But that doesn't bother me too much, and I have gotten better at it. (I now align my other finger along the side to steady my hand before tapping.) The most annoying thing I have not found a solution for, is how easily it will get turned on unintentionally while not in my ears. It's actually a little tricky to get it to turn on on purpose, sometimes. But unintentional contact with who knows what will get them running on their own. I constantly find them on and running (which annoyingly loses my place in audiobooks, making me have to do a whole lot of tapping to skip back). Thankfully the battery lasts long enough that this doesn't completely drain them. I still have enough juice to get some solid play time. I don't have that problem when I pack them away. But I like to clip them on to my bag strap for a quick break. I also like to use just one for audiobooks, and will clip the other to my strap or shirt collar. But the touch sensitivity means I have to always keep the right side one in, or else it will constantly get triggered. But overall, I am happy with this product.

    Good sound, tricky controls

Maybe after I've had these a little while, I will be able to just pick them up and put them on. But right now, I'm still having to hold them in my hand and look at them before wearing to remind myself which is right and which is left. There are no indicators on the earpieces that I've been able to spot. It's obvious, of course, once you focus on which way the earbuds have to face, but it isn't instinctive when you first pick them up. Not yet, anyway. When you use them, you should go ahead and put them around the back of your head. Trying to do a "quick listen" by just putting them to your ears without wrapping the connecting wire behind your head is awkward -- you end up feeling as if you are wearing a chin strap, and it probably is putting pressure on the wire. The buds go into your ear easiest if you follow the instruction to point them down as you insert them and then rotate them up. It takes practice. Once the buds are in, the sound is good. But turning the headset on and off is a little tricky. You have to press on the right ear piece to both turn on and to connect to Bluetooth. Sometimes it takes more than one try to get the appropriate colored light (red for off; blue for Bluetooth). If you're wearing the headset already, you can hear the signal when the unit comes on. Once it is on, a light tap or touch on the right ear piece will stop and start the headset. It is sensitive -- more than you'd expect after wrestling with trying to turn the device on in the first place -- and easy to accidentally turn off. You may tap and then, thinking you got no response, tap again. But just then, you DO get a response, and you're caught in a loop for a few seconds tapping and trying to land on the "on" position without accidentally moving too quickly and turning it to "off" again. All this to say, there are functions, and one just has to get used to them. But comfort and sound are good, once the headphones are on and operating.

great value - water proof but avoid using in water

I have had mine for ~ 1 month now with ~ 15 hours of use. I bought these to use instead of my Bose Soundsport In ear wired head phones because Google was "brave enough" to not include the headphone jack and their dongle is terrible. Hate not having a head phone jack. Running. Don't be afraid to change the in ear cushions. It comes with medium but which fit me ok but perfect when changed to large. seal is great and dose not move when running. The cord in the back quickly goes unnoticed. Endurance. It appears the 10 hour prediction is about right Water usage. They are water proof. I have tried them in the shower and swimming / pool. However, the controls are very sensitive and the water hitting them will pause / play / skip and rewind the music a lot. If you go submerged, it believes you are pressing hold the controls which is how you turn it off. With all this stated, NOT FOR WATER USE. If you could disable the controls, it would work fine in these scenarios. Sound. They are not as good as my Bose, but, they are very good. At half the price as my bose, they are a better value. In truth, I don't miss the slightly better sound from the bose for the blue tooth convenience this gives me. To get the Bose in blue tooth, it is at least x3 the price of these. Controls. Works great to play / pause / fast forward. It is a little tricky to rewind since it is three taps. Some times I would go too fast and it would only read two or too slow and it would pause / play. I am not clear if it is supposed to have a volume control or not. the side of the box says no. The instructions say yes. I was not able to change the volume one time without pause / play / fast forward. It is so much more reliable to change from my phone that I just do this. You will quickly get used to adjusting the device by pinching by the sides, otherwise you will hit the controls. Connection. It has a slight hiss sound at low levels but I do not notice it at a normal listening level, only when music is paused. I was able to walk a good 20 or more away without loss of connection. Fix. They did very well. adjust the in ear cushion. works well for me. Sound reduction. the cushions do a great job. I am not able to hear much around me and do not need to turn up the volume when running past a lawn mower or other noisy areas. Overall, The value is excellent. I will likely buy one for my wife who runs a lot. again, not for swimming or water use.

    Secure fit

These headphones offer a very secure fit and the peace of mind of being waterproof. The sound is very good for me. I listen to podcasts and YouTube and streaming newscasts while working and walking during the day and these work well for me. My primary requirements are good fit that is secure, good sound that is clear at lower volumes, decent transmission range so I can go to the kitchen for coffee without cutting out and decent price. Convenient simple controls are a real bonus. I don’t use them for calls much at all so that isn’t a big deal for me. I like these for all those things pretty well. The caveats are: the trade off of visible buttons for getting waterproof is irritating because I’m not sure I’m hitting the right spot to turn them on and off, the insertion into my ears with my glasses on is slightly awkward, the touch control to pause or skip is way sensitive, the battery lasts a so so length of time. So overall these work for me. The fit works very well. The sound is very good. The range is good enough and waterproof so I can shower with them if I want is a bonus. Controls are less than ideal and battery life is mediocre. I would recommend these with those caveats.

    Excellent Sound/Extremely Sensitive Touch Control

I am pretty happy with these JBL Wireless Headphones. Yes, the cord between the ends might be short for some people, but I'm a 6 ft 3 in guy and they work for me. I'm very happy with the unique way they fit into and over the ear and block-out a lot of external noise. I can use them while mowing the grass and still hear the music/book/whatever I am listening to quite nicely. I can also hear enough external noise to know if I hit a root or branch with the mower - really a brilliant compromise between blocked external noise and hearing what you are trying to hear. Bluetooth range is quite good. My one issue is the EXTREME, and I do mean EXTREME sensitivity of the touch area on the right side earpiece that is used to control playback and volume. I use these headphones outside while working with a hat that has a fabric sun shade to protect my ears and the back of my neck. The slightest touch of that very light fabric causes a pause or advances to the next track on a regular basis. I have tried lots of different ways to prevent this, and about all that works is removing the fabric at the risk of my ears and neck to sunburn. The volume control is also difficult to use without accidentally also pausing or advancing to the next track. In a gym environment without the hat, and once good volume is set I suggest that these headphones are nearly perfect. They provide almost 6 hours of battery life, charge fast, and as I said are great at isolating external noise (they are not actually noise cancelling, just the way they fit in the ear is unique and blocks a lot more external noise than most earbuds/headphones I have used). So if you are OK with the unique issues I have with using them outside, they are really quite nice. I would think for a gym environment they would be near perfect.

Nice quality earphones. Connection is a snap. Still have some difficulty putting on and taking these off, powering on and off, but great for running overall. As mentioned the controls are a bit cumbersome and hypersensitive. I prefer to use audio controls on my audio source device, with the exception of pausing, a single tap to the ear is all that takes. With volume, even on the lowest setting these are quite loud. Battery life is tremendous too. Still "training" myself how to use these most effectively but happy overall. Got one for a friend, and they are happy as well.

Bought these to replace my broken Bose soundsport (wireless but linked together such as this pair of headphones). I was able to get these on sale for around 20$ and I have to say I’m much happier with these headphones. The sound quality is great. It is louder but not as bass heavy as the Bose pair. I would rather it be louder for outdoor running. This is also the only pair of headphones to lock in securely to my dumbo ears (no fidgeting mid run). My only minor gripe is the touch controls are extremely sensitive and you may accidentally keep pressing pause in a full body workout. Overall very pleased perfect workout headphones

Excellent after first use, will update

Let me start by saying I have had these earbuds for one day, but in that day I've used them both casually and during a run. I will update my review after several months, mostly for the sake of documenting how the battery holds up, because that is my largest concern. Details: - The earbuds come with a 1 foot long orange micro-USB charging cable - it's a good quality cable and securely clips into the earbud. - They come with 3 different size ear-inserts, if I had to describe the sizes, I would say they are very large, large and medium. There should have been a smaller size in my opinion. - The actual shape of the ear-bud itself where audio comes out is more of an oval-shape instead of rounded - The exterior facing portion of the earbud assembly is a soft-rubber, as well as the adjoining cable, and the interior port of the earbud assembly is a hardened plastic. - The LED status is on the outside part of the right earbud. - They're fairly bulky in size, so if you want discretion, you may not like these. - They're very lightweight for me, although may feel heavy to others The good: - These earbuds have a magnetic clasp; the looped ear-support sticks to the main portion of the earbud just behind the the actual part that is inserted into your ear. This adds not only a heightened level of security in terms of staying on your ear, but makes it convenient when storing them somewhere - The wire connecting both earbuds is rounded, not flat/ribboned. Every pair of earbuds I've owned with a flat-conjoining cable ends up bunching up which causes the earbud to rip of your ear. A rounded cable is preferable. - That same conjoining wire is short, it's long enough to wrap around your head and allow plenty of movement when moving around, but short enough that it doesn't get caught or bunched up. It's plenty long enough for me, and I have a huge head - The pairing process was insanely easy. When you buy the earbuds and power them on for the first time, they immediately enter pairing mode, so you can instantly pair your phone - The audio quality is very good. I'm not an audio-phile, so if audio quality is your main concern, I would be skeptical about buying a $50 pair of wireless earbuds. For me, someone who just wants clarity, plenty of bass and high volume, these things are awesome. The bass profile is plenty deep, the sound is crisp even when they're pushed in too far or not quite far enough in your ear, and volume gets more than high enough to drown out surrounding noise. The bad: - This doesn't apply for everyone, but if you have glasses, you may struggle to feel satisfied with how securely they fit onto your ears. The ear-supports of my glasses are fairly thick, so I struggled at first to comfortably fit the earbuds on my ear. The left one was nice and snug, but the right one seemed to barely wrap around my ear. This is only bad for those who wear glasses, so I don't really fault JBL. - On the right earbud is the power/utility button. I cannot tell you how many times, in the span of 24 hours, that I have accidentally pressed the button and paused my audio. The button isn't a physical button with feedback, I believe it's called a capacitive button. You don't feel a vibration, you don't see a blink/flash of the LED, nothing. You simply press your finger on it and expect it to do what you want without knowing that you're pressing it. This makes adjusting the right ear bud a very tricky task because the button is very sensitive. This is probably my biggest gripe with them so far

    Some Oddities, but Great Performance

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.

I bought these to replace a pair of Panasonic Wings - I wear these for long workouts and bike rides - and my needs are REALLY subjective, and specific so take that into account. The loop for the ears is what feels like a magnetic or spring mechanism that kind of gently snaps back into place, ensuring a snug fit around ad behind your ears, but no pressure, rubbing or discomfort. I wear with the cable BEHIND my neck for safety and comfort - especially when riding because it stay out of the way of helmet straps. Feels fine front or back, but the cable material (silicone?) is great - doesn't rub, stick or tangle, no matter how much I sweat. Against bare skin or dry/soaked fabric. And my head sweats a LOT. No issues with the JBLs, but the Panasonics they replaced were not great in that department so this is a bonus. Charging is quick - they get up to about 70% really fast then more slowly to 100% but I've ridden for hours on a full charge and never had a stutter on power. The control method is the wonkiest and I can't stress enough - practice before heading out with them. There's only one "button" - a touch sensitive area -small - but not one single area -- on the right earpiece surface - on and above the BT/power led. Controls are by tapping or sliding - one tap to pause/unpause, two to skip a track, three taps to skip back a track -- and slide finger up or down the grooved ridges for volume. For phone, even weirder - you answer a call by tapping the "L" on the logo when it rings, twice to ignore - anyway, you get the idea. small, fiddly when you're moving and prone to error, so five minutes of practice will go a LONG way. Sweat and rain don't seem to impact the response, which is great. And because Apple's weird non standard controls always do this, you can expect this to work better with an Android phone than an iPhone, I can't for example activate Siri, which is a bummer. And another reason to master the controls. Audio fidelity is fantastic at this price and I have no complaints. Second or third best in-ear wireless buds I've used and I've used a LOT. Sony and Apple's pod competitors won't stay in my ears tho. So I need the earloops and don't mind the neck loop - it actually helps keep them secure when I'm doing action and stunts! My number one concerns are safety and utility - and here for me they shine. I can hear outside noise, so bikes coming up behind me, traffic and so on, yet still clear audio at any volumes and far less wind noise than sometimes comes through these things. I bought on sale and I'm so happy I'm buying a second set in case something happens to this one.

I would say that these JBL Endurance Sprint headphones are about 3.9 score overall. I was able to pair to my 2020 ipad 8th generation as well as to my MEE bluetooth adapter for my television with minor issues with set up. Pros: If you get the right ear bud cover size right, they are fairly comfortable. The overall sound is fairly good (better than my ipad's speakers and fairly good for the tv. Cons: If you walk too far away it will not keep nor will it automatically rejoin. You will have to manually pair it again. Not the greatest fit over ear while wearing glasses but it can be done. ***Final note... I purchased this wireless headphone for under $20.00 american dollars which I feel is a great deal for the price. So much so that I ordered a second one for a back up.
