Q: Do they suppose to turn off automatically after not being in use?
A: When I use Teams for videoconference, my JBL Endurance turns off after few minutes of usage. Do they detect that I am not using somehow them?
A: Hi! The Endurance Sprint has a waterproof rating of IPX7. This means that the headphones remain waterproof when tested in a depth of 1 meter of water for a duration of 30 minutes. It also means that the charging port of the headphones is wrapped in material that can support this level. If you have further questions, feel free to check out the product page at https://www.jbl.com/sport-headphones/JBL+Endurance+SPRINT.html?cgid=sport-headphones&dwvar_JBL%20Endurance%20SPRINT_color=Black-GLOBAL-#start=1 or reach out to your local JBL Support Team. Thank you!
Q: How good are these headphones?? Do they have good bass and clear good sound??
A: They do sound good. If you want a ton of bass, these might not be the headphones you’re looking for. But for the price they do a decent job.
Q: What is the difference between the Sprint endurance headphone and the Dive?
A: The JBL Endurance Sprint has a built in microphone for hands-free calling. The MagHook feature means that it uses magnets to secure fit and stability when you are using it during workout. When not in use the Magnetic hook provides a convenient storage solution for your headphones. While the PowerHook does the same thing but it automatically turns the power on/off when putting on or taking off the earphones. The JBL Endurance "DIVE" is more than sweat resistant. It features an IPX 7 rating which allows the headphones to be under water for 30 minutes or less. You can only use them in water to a depth of 1 meter only. Because Bluetooth cannot pass through water, you can enjoy MP3 music while under water. You can use the USB data cable that is provided in order to store up to 1G (up to 200 songs).
A: JBL Endurance Sprint is compatible to be connected with any Bluetooth enabled device. For information on Bluetooth pairing, please check out page 8 on this guide: http://bit.ly/32RgaAS.
Q: How do I use the earphones with Siri?
A: You have to manually press your home button on your phone to activate Siri in which you can communicate through the headphones. In a way, it will support siri, but we do not have a button on the headphones that will actually activate Google Assist.
Q: Do these work well if you are wearing glasses?
A: I wear glasses. Pretty flexible hooks. So YES
