But its built-in mic simply cannot support a simple conversational voice volume in a quiet room. Skype, Teams, and other VoIP apps, on Windows and Android devices I tried, simply could not let me conduct business or personal calls -- from a quiet home office -- using the Sprint. JBL's website chat service is working with me to make a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed refund happen, and for that I am grateful.
