She has nothing but great things to say about them. I see her using them all the time even though she has a few other choices to use different makes. She has stated on a few occasions that she highly recommends them.

Hard to control

It has one led that flashes different colors to tell you what you/it is doing. Operation is by touching the flat surface by the led. It is very sensitive. If you pull it out of your ear to talk to someone, it will cut on and off, try to pear , get louder etc. by just moving around on your shoulders. I wanted to give it back, but too late.

JBL is taking care of customer

I did have a problem with no bass and sent a note to JBL support. They offered to have the product evaluated by warranty support after I mailed it back, and are now sending me a new pair. While not ideal, and a pain for just a pair of headphones, they are taking care of the situation.
