Posted .The volume on our JBL Endurance Sprint ca be controlled using the right bud. To control the volume, simply move your finger up the ridges above the JBL logo on the RIGHT ear to increase the volume. To decrease the volume, move your finger down along the ridges. We hope this helps!

And the English version is hard to find. The control buttons are hard to find and too sensitive. The sound is tinny and lacks base. They don’t fit comfortably in the ear. The control buttons reacted even if you try to adjust the fit. Really poor design. Wish I had not bought them. I’m stuck now since I bought them 5 weeks ago but didn’t open until today. covid hit and my gym closed.

If you have more than a shaved head or ear lobes, you can't simply adjust for comfort, volume, playability, etc. Touch sensitivity for volume and pause/play are identical. As someone with hair long enough to be in a pony-tail, unless you want to spend the time to finagle a way around it, it's pointless. The price is right. The product is not.
