I am usually a big fan of JBL products, but these Bluetooth headphones disappointed me. I just didn't get a good seal in my ears, and the volume never quite got loud enough. I even let a few friends try them, and they said "is that as loud as is gets?" I bought these to work out in, and casual use. I tried to switch the earbud sizes on them, but even that wasn't enough. I wore them for almost a day, and worked out in them, but the button control housing was almost to heavy and would pull the other earbud almost completely loose. JBL makes great products, but this one did not impress me. I returned these and spent the extra money for the Powerbeat 2's. They where much more comfortable, and after switching the earbud size they where perfect, with great sound quality. Hope this helps.

I bought these for my Fiance for her birthday and she loves them! I tried them out as well and the sound is awesome, no fuzz or humming sounds from what I can hear. She uses them at work and she works in a very cold environment and works with water. They seem to be holding up very well against the cold and water.

Very good sound quality but a little bigger ear buds than the ones I’m used to.

No tangled wires with similar sound quality to Bose that I replaced. A little more instructions would be helpful.

Comfortable with sound quality, and plays for at least 4 hours on a charge.

These were a Christmas gift for my wife. She LOVES the sound of these and uses them ALL the time!

Awesome sound, as expected from JBL. Surprised that they seem to be a little delicate. First noticed when wearing motorcycle helmet over them, they cut out. Then, while working out at the gym, bumping them while lifting caused them to cut out briefly. Maybe I'm expecting too much or I'm being rougher than I think. I'm trying to be more careful, and so far so good.

Nice fit and look but not enough bass for me. End up purchasing wireless beats.

Loved these earphones. fit great in ear, battery lasts all day.

Great product. Exactly what I needed without the high price tag.

These were very comfortable and sounded great, but trying to watch a movie using them on my ipad and surface pro 3 exposed an almost 1 second delay between the video and the sound. Other headphones I tested and then bought did not have this issue

Very good product so far. Easy to pair with smartphone. Battery life seems to be good so far. Like that it auto shut-off when not in use. I have used other headphones in the past by other companies. Time will tell how this holds up with past headphones I have purchased and really liked. I use these on average , 4 hours a day depending upon work tasks.

I bought these wireless headphones for a birthday gift, and they loved them so much, and I liked the sound A LOT, that I went 2 weeks later and bought myself a pair. Always a JBL fan, but these wireless are comfortable, have different sized gels, and I love the quality.

Good sound quality. And battery life throughout the day

These headphones were a great deal for the price and battery life, but would have enjoyed them a bit more if the bass wouldn't get distorted at high volumes. Other than that these are great for a morning jog. In quite environments.

The only problem I have with this product as they are very difficult to stay in my ear and the cord should be a little longer.
