I tried them out in-store as well as the 700 noise cancelling headphones. I was very pleased with the quality and the battery life on the 300 was twice as long. As far as the noise cancelling... I couldn't hear anyone talking to me while trying them on so I went for the better battery on JBL 300. My husband loves them!

Posted .JBL has now optimized the software, so the lip-sync problem is no longer an issue. Video materials can now be watched with proper audio timing.
The tool can now be found under the specific product page, under the section “Manuals & Downloads”
Once you access this page, please scroll down and click on “Manuals and Download”, then choose the HID Sotfware to download.
Once the tool is downloaded along with the software update, you will find the following PDF file which contains detailed instructions on how to use the update tool.
Important Note: You must download the software to a Windows PC only, MAC is currently not supported at this time.

These 300s worked well until you would wear them for an extended period of time as the cups would sit against the ear squeezing it to your head. It got uncomfortable for me personally, but overall the Bluetooth functions and sound were great.

Wish they were larger so they would be more comfortable. It has great sound and the battery stays charge for a long time considering the size.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased two pairs of these - one for my son and one for my daughter. Both have Beats also. The aux cord plug on my sons has snapped twice. The first time we tried to find a replacement cord so we did not have to exchange under protection plan, but it's impossible to find one. The cord has a normal aux plug on one end and a micro jack on the end that plugs into headphones and you can't find that anywhere. Ended up returning to BB to exchange for new pair and even Geek Squad couldn't figure out why JBL would make a cord like that. Got new pair and LESS THAN A WERK later same thing happened again, aux jack snapped off. A $150 pair of head phones should hold up better than this - our Beats certainly did. My son only wanted these because of the Steph Curry factor - he's a huge fan. In addition to the aux plug snapping, the Bluetooth lags a little and they do not come with a case. Bottom line - I would NOT recommend these to anyone.

Posted .Sorry to hear you're having issue with our product. The EVEREST 300 uses an audio cable (3.5mm Male to 2.5mm Male), available at any third party online retailer like Amazon. Reception of Bluetooth can be heavily influenced by surrounding environment. If the EVEREST 300 offers stable streaming performance when phone and Bluetooth device are in the same room, with no large objects blocking the line of sight, then it is performing as specified. However, your source device might be outdated, and it is always good to keep this updated at all times for best performance. For the best connectivity results, please make sure that the device you are paired to is in the front of your body. Unfortunately, the Everest non Elite models do not come with a carrying case.
