Pros: Great sound w/bass and call quality Lightweight Comfortable Cons: Battery life is only 14 hours no matter what. You have to charge them every night. Loud background sounds or wind will break up a phone call No signs of incoming calls Frequently disconnects from phone with no notice Worst part of all, if the headphones are on when you plug them in, the are hard to turn on after they charge.

excellent quality and sound as always from JBL, comes with three different sets of ear fittings so as to customize them to a true fit, the weight is hardly noticeable around your neck, controls are easily accessed, the JBL headphone app makes it so easy to fully customize the sound to your liking

Sound quality is excellent but the biggest positive to date is the battery life. Paired easily with my iPhone and iPad. The range you can walk away from the phone and maintain the connection is kind of small but that isn’t really a problem. These are much better than the Beats headphones they replaced.

Comfortable. Sound quality is nice. Great balance between bass and treble. Noise cancelling was tested in an indoor basketball court. It was muffled but you could still hear what was going on around you. Range is horrible! I could barely move into the next room without going out of range.

What I love most about this JBL headset is the ear buds, they are comfortable for all day wear and they do not fall out. I also love the deep bass, that is a huge difference from most other ear bud headsets. The neck band is also comfortable and does not slide around. Folks say that they have no problem hearing me and I also hear them well. The control buttons are simple to learn and large enough to easily push. What could be better? The Bluetooth transponder sometimes gets covered by my chin while I'm working out, causing connection problems. I also find that it has a short Bluetooth range when I'm separated from my phone by about 25 feet. This is my 2nd pair because the first one stopped working after three months and my second pair stopped working within two months. Since it is still the best I can find, I hope to get a replacement soon.

I've been searching for a great pair of lightweight noise cancelling headphones. This pair works well. Instant white noise has three adjustments but you have to use the app to manage it. Battery life is good and the recharge is quick. You won't be comfortable if your wearing them to sleep.

These have a very nice quality sound for music. The sound for calls is ok. The fit is fine, they are light so you barely notice them. The buttons are different from any others I've had, took some getting use to.

These headphones are top notch when you’re looking for wireless headphones due to the comfort, noise canceling, and sound. I have tried beats wireless and they were uncomfortable because of the hard plastic, also owned a pair of Bose wireless and the headphones would fall out of my ear due to the heavy back side. These headphones I can wear without worrying about them falling out of my ears while still remaining comfortable while using them.

The sound is good & I love the secure way it fits in my ear. I wish it showed an icon on phone when on so I would know the battery level.

I love that they have a magnet to keep buds together but on the down side the cords are so long and it defeats purpose of magnet. For the price they should connect multiple devices, they do not have this capability. For the price of these headphones you expect multi-point. They pop alot in your ear when trying to process the ambient sound, it gets annoying bc you can't really have them on in your car without them constantly cutting out when they think the ambient sound is too high. Bose handle this task very well. I returned for the Bose qc 30

I really like these earbuds. Amazing sound quality. Very good talk quickly. Very comfortable too. I had to play around with the different in ear fittings. Once I found the right size combo they don’t fall out or cause any discomfort. And the noise canceling feature really work. You will have to take one of the earbuds out to talk to someone in person.

Excellent sound and very effective noise canceling and ambient sound control. The noise cancelling is good enough for use on airplanes. They are not rated for being sweat or water resistant, but I have used them while running and walking without ant problems. Battery life is pretty decent.

I was in the market for a Bluetooth headset so when I came across these I had to have them. The life of the headset is true to it's marketing, the ambience awareness is absolutely remarkable it makes talking to others with music playing much easier, and the sound quality is great for being a Bluetooth headset!

Great headphones. Stays charged for about 10 hours . Charges quick and the sound deadening part works very well! By far some of the best head phones I've ever bought. Only downfall I'd they are not magnetic like some are to be able to stick earbud part to the main unit. But all in all 9/10

For the most part, this is a good headset. I use it for listening to music on occassion and it sounds great. When i use it for phone calls i sometimes have trouble keeping my connection to my phone and it interfers with my calls. I wish it had more features for phone calls.

Excellent sound and noise canceling, But the battery is a nuisance. I turn it on in the morning and use it for about 2-3 hours; then I turn it off because the battery doesn't last long. I turn it back on around 6-8pm by then the battery is either dead or very low. Disappointed but this is the only one that has had such a great sound system, with excellent noise canceling effect. I would recommend the product, but be forewarned, the battery lasts nowhere near 14 hours as advertised.
