If you work in an office and only need 1 ear bud in this is not the ear piece for you. The cord does not stay around your neck. But overall good product.

Good sound for size

Another JBL failure

It requires you to turn the volume all the way up to barely hear the sound. The first one wouldn’t turn on after one use. I exchanged it and the second seems to be turning on and off, at least three times. Will see if it continues to work. I have had other JBL headphones an they have had poor quality and poor customer service. I have with JBL on other warranties and their customer service was pathetically unwilling to be of any assistance.

I am amazed with the sound reproduction of this in ear headphones. They were clear and you get completely immersed in the music or audio you are listening.

I can hear everything plainly...even people who were no where near the mic (which I couldn't with speakers). Definitely worth the money.
