Great sound quality

Broke 2-3 weeks in

Couldn't hear any sound what-so-ever, and JBL is usually amazing at their level of sound. They were trying to tell me that it may have been a faulty line in the earphone but if I opened it to fix it myself it would immediately void any warranty for them to ship it to JBL to fix. Overall, this is JBL's attempt to get in the headphone market, and I think it's failed. Bose went to headphones and exceeded with zero problems. The same cannot be said for JBL. Stick to Bluetooth Speakers and Car Audio
