Really good, big sound for a small device. The only thing I would recommend to improve on this device is to provide a flat base for it to sit on.

I have a flip 3, and got the largest speaker JBL makes but ended up going back to another flip for my second speaker. Great sound and portable for vacation. Pairing seems cool but I already have sonos / surround sound.

My music was interrupted with static quite often..

I purchased this new speaker to replace the one my husband wore out. My husband loves taking this to work with him and playing his music. Easy to connect to his phone and the sound quality is great. Lasts for a long time before it has to be recharged.

This little speaker has a lot of sound for something so small! I use this in my classroom and Bluetooth it to what ever device I need to! It sounds great and is very portable and comes with a nice styrofoam case that helps protect it when I am on the move!

As owners of a couple different models of JBL Bluetooth speakers, we are familiar with what each model brings to the table. The Flip 5 offers good performance at a reasonable price, while being small enough to be carried in a larger purse, etc. It will not provide the biggest bass or sound levels, if that is the primary goal.

Picked upon 08/22/2020 Loud clear sound though it turned off unexpectedly at times. Used for three months, now it will not turn on or charge...

With this speaker being on sale and very little difference between the flip 6 and this one, this is a must-have if you are looking for a portable speaker. Plus with the ability to link this with other JBL speakers it is a awesome deal.

Excellent Bluetooth speaker! Bought it to use in my golf cart and at the beach and around the house. Excellent sound quality and battery life. Simple to use. It is exactly what I was looking for in a wireless speaker. I used it for just about one month and have not had any problems.

I bought this as a present. This is by far the best sounding Bluetooth speaker I have ever heard based on its size and weight. Paring was instantaneous. There are less expensive on the market that do not compare in sound. There are more expensive on the market that do not sound enough better to justify the price difference.

Seeing many positive reviews for this product blows my mind... I have had nothing BUT problems... Since day 1, I should have returned the speaker when I had a chance. If I had to summarize this product in one word, other than garbage, it would be "unreliable". There is ALWAYS an issue.... EVERYDAY! Won't connect, wont stay connected, wont turn on, wont turn off, volume doesn't work, and on and on.... I am beyond frustrated with JBL and will never purchase one of their products again....

Indoors great sound, but when I'm riding my Ebike., it loose it's sound. It's not strong enough for biking.

Sounds great, connects quick. Easy to use even a caveman can do it. Good sound quality. Haven't really tested to the longevity of the battery life days it can go for hours but we'll see. Overall good device.

Love the look (nice blue color), great sound, made an excellent gift for my audiophile husband. Makes fun startup/shutdown sounds. Battery is still going on the first charge for over two weeks, used every day. We’re thinking about getting another one or two to link them up for surround sound.
