I have had nothing BUT problems... Since day 1, I should have returned the speaker when I had a chance. If I had to summarize this product in one word, other than garbage, it would be "unreliable". There is ALWAYS an issue.... EVERYDAY! Won't connect, wont stay connected, wont turn on, wont turn off, volume doesn't work, and on and on.... I am beyond frustrated with JBL and will never purchase one of their products again....

Sounds good indoors, but not on my Ebike.

Good sound quality. Haven't really tested to the longevity of the battery life days it can go for hours but we'll see. Overall good device.

Makes fun startup/shutdown sounds. Battery is still going on the first charge for over two weeks, used every day. We’re thinking about getting another one or two to link them up for surround sound.

I really love the quality sound! I wanted to have a way to stream music when I’m outside on my deck or working in the yard. This was perfect and a great size. The sound quality is excellent! Best birthday gift I’ve ever bought for myself.

I have two sisters that they have JBL and never give them any problems and the device is amazing. I have end up buying one for my fiancé since he likes listening to music a lot. It was amazing gift to him. He loves it.

Instructions provided were lacking in sufficient detail. I finally had to go online to learn how to make it work. By the way, the infinity symbol has to do with adding more of these speakers to a single output device, allowing multiple points of sound in a larger area. This is not explained in the instructions.

A few days ago I got a JBL product open box and came out with a different charger, after I made the complaint Best Buy costumer service were in touch with me and they give me exactly the right product, which I was claiming.

I’m just looking for great sound, smallish, and waterproof. This speaker hits all marks. Would definitely recommend if you like spending time by water in the summer and snow in the winter. 5/5 just buy it already.

We recently got rid of our WiFi at work to save some dollars. Our sonos needs a WiFi connection plus its complicated. We like the sound better than our sonos and it’s super easy to use and connect any of our devices. Definitely buying a couple more for other places.

Please ensure a clear line of sight between your speaker and source device and move them close to each other to avoid interrupting your connectivity. Try to shut down unused devices nearby that have Bluetooth and move your device away from any other sources of wireless signals, such as the signals from your Wi-Fi router, as they could overlap your Bluetooth connection. Our JBL Flip 5 doesn't have an aptX HD low latency audio codec and may cause audio-video delays. Also, you may try connecting it to a different device to test if the issue remains.
