I recently got my hands on the JBL portable speaker, and I’m really impressed with its performance. Comparing Bose, Soundcore, and WonderEars, this one is the keeper. Each of these have their strong points, but with JBL’s design and quality, it is the keeper. The clarity, battery life, sound quality and durability are all fantastic. I’m no producer, so the easy to use equalizer in the app is appreciated. I don’t need to hear this across a football field, so the volume is more than enough for me, WonderEars will be the choice for that. The clarity is what I was looking for, not bass, so if you want bass, JBL definitely has enough in my opinion, I actually turned it down. Bose to me just sounds warm and muffled, too bassy, in comparison, JBL has punchy bass like what you would hear in a car with quality speakers. So you have all the clear highs and mids, and bass when you actually need it. I always wondered why JBL has such a following with their bt speakers, and now I understand why! Get one and see for yourself.

Omg!! This is a great addition. I shopped around and read reviews and decided on this one. So glad that I did. The 6 is the same sound quality as the previous ones but this has more options. The sound quality and volume that it can reach is awesome. With this one you can download the app and then adjust the bass and treble to your liking. The drawback on it is that you have to reset the app periodically to your preferred settings. It doesn’t save your preferences that I can find on the app. Years back I had a JBL portable speaker and had to replace it due to technology out dating it. It wasn’t that I wasn’t happy with the replacement brand, it just quit working after years of use. The fact that this is waterproof and dust proof is a great bonus. You can also add additional units that pair up with it. Huge bonus!!! I’ll be purchasing additional ones in the future. I’m really glad that this unit has all that I needed for the price that I paid.

Great speaker for the bike and beach. Fits our water vottle cup hilders on all our bikes and has plenty of sound for the whole group to hear on the ride. Better sound and battery then the comparable sony and bose speakers.

JBL Speakers are the best. This is the 3rd one of this size, one bigger and a 2 party boxes. I work at a preschool and we use speakers in classrooms and outside. One of the ones I bought was for my dad and he loves it as well. The battery lasts a long time, the sound quality is amazing, they are durable and water resistant and the Bluetooth range is amazing. I will be buying more of these for more of our classrooms.

I have 3 of these now and have purchased some as gifts. Great sound and base and the fact that you link them together anywhere is amazing. Waterproof, battery lasts forever and zero problems. Highly recommend especially at this price point.

This is a fantastic speaker if you use it correctly for the right setting. I love having it when I go work out, shower/bathing, practicing for sports, watching a movie on my Mobile device, doing home maintenance, etc. I stop using my cell phone to listen to music once I bought this JBL. It’s louder, fuller, and clearer period. When I first turn it on I was pleasantly surprise how good it sounded for how small it is. This is not a little bit better than your phone output. I also like how I just press one button to turn it on and off, no need to hold it down. It also connect to my phone once powered up and quickly too. It also makes a sound when it does which is awesome. I’m sure I will enjoy this for awhile, oh and battery level is great!

great speaker with great sound quality, volume, and bass.

I was hesitant about it because I never had a JBL Speaker before. But the quality of the sound and battery life are amazing (8-hour shift at work) and still going the next day Wow!!!!! Small and portable and it was on sale yes I went back and purchased another one for my wife.

I bought this speaker on sale to use for traveling. It is greatly built (good weight not cheap built)....sound is loud and clear, The fact that it is waterproof is great. we use it all around the pool and beach. But the best feature. I have the jbl party boom box with mic and the jbl big speaker in the house........you can pair this speaker with the other jbl speakers and move any one around the house or even outside while they all play the same music......that is an excellent feature.

Can't go wrong buying this speakers very portable and the battery last a decent time with out re-charging it

We loved our first JBL 6 so much, my wife and I bought a second. They are portable, sturdy and put out full and deep sound. We've tried several other portable speaker brands and sizes, and the 6 is by far the best. Easy to set up with devices using Bluetooth. Highly recommend.

Exceptional sound quality. it is easy to carry wherever you wish to go. It is also pretty convenient when taking to the beach since it is Waterproof.

I’ve had this product for quite some time now, usually I have bad experiences with speakers, especially ones as small as this one, but this one is amazing!! I’ve had many complaints from my neighbors for playing my music too loud, and I’ve only had it a little more than halfway. But I digress, this speaker is phenomenal and, in my opinion, one of the best ones I’ve had to date.

It fits in my cup holder for golf so it is awesome! Sounds is great too.

Very smart purchase waterproof the sound is very clear and loud and the size is perfect for on the go. I take it with me all the time.
