Very easy to pair with Android phone. Impressed with the bass. Ease of functionality without having to use your phone. The con for this product battery life is short..did I say short?? It comes with a case, so, you can get a quick charge to listen to tunes. Its not the best for taking phone calls.

I has been skeptical about True wireless headsets after reading loads of bad reviews. These are my first and I think I made a great choice! The setup was simple, the sound quality is great, even the controls are just right. The fit was also perfect! They fit snug and comfortably and don’t fall out when I am at the gym. I definitely recommend!

Not a bad product For the money I paid. I would probably purchase another set of buds but I already have 5. I would recommend this product with the exception of the buds slipping out of your ear on occasion I think it's a great product for the money

I Have To Admit That I Wrote A Review For The Pair Of Headphones I Had Bought Prior To This Pair. As Dissatisfied As I Was With The Other Pair, I Am That Happy with The JBL’s. Definitely A Quality Product At A Decent Price. Very Much Worth The Extra$

The left side is always dropping off during phone calls and then hard to reconnect when you go back to music. They don't fit my ears well and they will pop out if I move my head. I've tried all the sizes, just not a great fit.

I initially bought the Skull Candy Indy phones and took them back because they would constantly cut out. These JBL phones do not cut out and are comfortable, have good bass and highs. Only thing is they do not have a dedicated volume button, you have to control with your phone.

The earbuds are very comfortable in the ears. Not that loud as I thought they would be. Just got them a month ago and the left one cut out on its own randomly so not sure what it is. Glad they were half off at 80$.

Overall these are good sounding buds. The battery life is sufficient for my day to day needs but by no means is it great. Fully charged I can routinely hit 3-4 hours per use on the earbuds and 4 full charges from the case. My biggest issues are with the fit during exercise (running, weight lifting, anything semi vigorous), staying powered off when in the charging case, and self bleed down of the case. Fit: If you are using these to block out noise around you in an office or on a flight (pre-pandemic), these actually do a great job and sound nice. I have active noise canceling headphones but find the noise cancelation causes fatigue after about 2 hours. These being passive just rely on having a good seal. If you get a good seal, they will block out 90% of the junk and won't cause fatigue. If you use these while you exercise, you might find that these want to jump out of your ears and you find yourself pushing them back in often. I have tried every combination of sleeve and tip with no improvement on this front. I think for something like this a hook is better (such as what you find on the reflect product line by JBL). For me, I would have just found an additional cheap pair of headphones for exercise if I were still traveling a lot for work because these are so nice for air & public transport. Staying powered down: These things are powering themselves back on after the case determines the ear buds have reached full charge. This means they connect to the last/most dominate device (usually my phone) and cause the earbud battery to drain and unintended paired device behavior (e.g. they connect to my phone while I'm on a call but I am unaware and it seems like my call is dropped when really it just swapped to bluetooth). I have tried powering down the buds manually before putting them in the case but this behavior persist. It seems trivial but it is insanely annoying. This not staying off issue started about a month or so ago so maybe JBL will respond and help me figure this out. Case power bleed down: The case can hold a good amount of charge for these buds. The issue is that if you don't have anything plugged into them or the earbuds no longer need power from the case, the residual power bleeds at about a rate of 2 earbud charges/day. This means after about 1 day the case has half the power it had without doing anything useful. Final thoughts: I am giving JBL a chance to respond to the inability to keep these powered off issue. If the issue doesn't resolve I may look into a different pair of earbuds more geared toward exercise.

They kept coming out of my ears. And while on the phone you would hear a lot of background noise. And people would say does it hurt a lot of background noise on my end also. Have high quality sound when listening to music Prairie
