It may be the phone or the watch I really don't know. But, if my phone is in a pocket away from the watch it doesn't create any interference.

I love jbl as a audio brand but these headphones will fall out your ear a lot. Then again that is only if you’re active. If you aren’t very active I recommend these headphones for you.
