I paid a lot and my connection is difficult most of the time. It takes more than a few minutes to connect if it will allow. I even switched them and same issue. Just think a less expensive pair would have been better if I have to deal with issues.

Not intuitive and slow response

However, they don't seem to sync with the phone (Galaxy S7...yeah...I know)....but still, I have used other Bluetooth headphones and they work better than the JBL. They aren't bad...but they are just complicated and slow to respond. The sound is up to average.

If you want to only use one earbud you have to use the right side as it's the only side that connects to your phone the other piece just connects to the right earbud. Sound is good though.

They introduced me to this item & I'm so glad that they did. I can finally stop getting tangled in the wire from my old headphones without sacrificing sound quality or comfort. I would certainly recommend these to others shopping for wireless headphones.
