They sound good when they work and they are comfortable in the ears.

However I would suggest just using these at home since I used these at work and move around a lot. I purchased two of these back to back and after loosing the second I gave up on these.

I’ve owned multiple JBL products over the years, and I’m happy with all of them, but I’m less happy about the FREE. The sound quality is good. Not much bass, but great otherwise. They are fairly comfortable despite the weird shape and use of hard plastics on parts that should probably be better padded. My biggest gripe is that if you are doing anything that makes you sweat you are going to drop a plug, every time. It doesn’t matter if you are running, mowing the yard, going for a leisurely walk, or just chilling out in the sun, you WILL drop them. The controls work great, I’m getting about 3+ hours of listening time between charges, and 5+ charges out of the case before I need to juice it back up. If you are going to use these while participating in activities that don’t cause you to sweat, they are a great buy. If not, you should look at a different model or be prepared to stop and catch your earbuds as they bounce off the ground.

I use these when playing golf and they constantly fall out. I have tried all three different sized rubber pieces that can with the product without success. Knock off buds you find online for way cheaper are a better fit and value in my opinion.
