It has a great sound, easy to use. Unfortunately fits a bit uncomfortable, at least for my ears. I could not wear them for longer than 20 mins

They fit good and the battery lasts pretty long. The charging case also recharges it without having it be recharged. I wish they were louder, however.

I bought these for my wife. She seems to have issues with them during zoom calls and streaming events for some reason which I have not been able to determine. They sound good but are a little bulky. I bought a pair of another, more generic brand for much less for myself that seem to work better than these. For the price paid I expected better performance out of a higher end brand like JBL, honestly. They do the job, but I feel like she’d be just as happy or more so with the ones I have that I paid $50 less for.

The sound and quality is good but the problem with these is the size. They're too bulky to fit securely in ear for high impact activities like running. I would never wear these for a run, for fear of dropping them on the ground or constantly pushing them back into my ear. The other downside is the case is quite large compared to other earbuds. I mean, it seems like other true wireless earbuds are moving towards much smaller cases. This is pretty bulky

    Good Ear Buds for Workout!

I debated between over the head Beats and something like these; didn't really want to wear anything over my head since I usually wear hats when working out and plus the review on the Beats weren't that great. These work good and they definitely beat having any cords but getting the perfect fit in the ear can be challenging. That's the only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star rating; in the last 5-6 weeks I've had them they've fallen out about 3X. Need to tilt them in your ear so they fit good. Sound and controls are excellent!

I was looking for some reasonably priced wireless earbuds and I thought these would work well. I like the fact that these buds instantly pair to your phone and the volume is reasonable. I only listen to talk radio so having bass is not an issue for me; if you are an audiophile I would look elsewhere. These headphones have a bad habit of unpairing themselves so I found myself having to re-pair several times throughout the day. The volume for voice calls isn't all that great and the durability of the phones is not great at all. These buds do not sit well inside the ear so you have to be careful they do not fall out; after multiple drops my right bud broke. I do not recommend buying these buds and would look at getting a more expensive pair, such as the Beats buds or those from Bose.

Sound quality is pretty decent, however, you can’t turn the volume up with the buds, you must use your phone. My daughter & I both had issues with them falling out of our ears after 10-15 minutes of walking or exercise, so we ended up taking them back to the Store. If they could fix those 2 issues, I would have given them 5 Stars.

Great for the price , for it on sale for 75 dollars . I originally wanted AirPods but for half the price I figured why not . They sounds great and fit comfortably . I like how many hours you get out of then (4hours per charge and another 30 hours in the case ) . Use them for working out , lien they at they are sweat proof . One thing I don’t like is they calling switches to mono , they say it’s to make it more natural but I would prefer both ears .

I would say overall these are a good pair of buds. I do have a hard time keeping them in my ears. I will keep trying varying sizes. I bought them for easy listening at work not for exercise and they do not stay in well. Other than that they sync great, have a good battery, sound great and I enjoy them. JBL is the best brand for money. I personally believe they are better than beats as I have other JBL products and my wife has beats products.

I have been these buds for about two months now and I am very happy with them. I chose JBL because of their reputation for good sound. I am very happy with the sound I get through these buds. I listen to almost totally to classical and world music. So keep that in mind when I say that the bass response is good. The product connects very easily with other Bluetooth devices. Also the right and left connect with each other flawlessly. I have NEVER had the left drop out during play. They are very minimal in design--nothing sticking out of your ear. The fitting tools for the ear canal come in small, medium, and large. There are also a variety of sheaths for the body of the buds for better fitting in the outer ear. But foam fittings for the ear canal are NOT supplied. I didn't need them but you might. I found them very comfortable from the very beginning. I use them frequently during yoga practice and they have never come loose--even during headstand. There is no volume control. That has not been a problem for me because I am usually fairly close to the music source so it's easy for me to adjust the volume from the paired device. Finally, make sure you buy the JBL Free X. You need to check the model number on the box to see the X. The ones I bought at Best Buy are the Free X. I would check to be sure. The Free X model has the most recent and best connective software.

This were a son for my son. They were wonderful, he loved the sound quality, and how convenient they were. The only issue that he had with them is they were to big for his ear lobe. So they kept falling out. My son is 19 years old and they were way to big for him. They kept falling out and because it has nothing to hold on too he would get frustrated. We had to exchange for small ones or else he would never have used them.

The battery life is very short. There are some other less expensive headphones with longer battery life. Case is also pretty bulky, and does not have USB attached to it. The sounds is good and it is lighter weight.

Man, I love these headphones. They have incredible sound quality and they are light weight and sit low profile in the ear. I listen to a lot of bass guitar heavy music and they don’t disappoint there either. Long battery life and a charging case when you’re out and about. Way more comfortable than EarPods in my opinion.

The are a little tough to stay in the ear when running around, but the sound quality was much better than you see on the reviews. They lasted at least 4 hours after a charge. The charging case could have better lights to see charge level, The case makes them hard to see. I really like them especially for the price. I liked it better for music rather than for phone calls.

Excellent sound for the money. Great bass. Bluetooth occassionally cuts out but turning off bluetooth and restarting it usually fixes the problem. Description said they last 4 hours but it's more like 3.5 but fully recharges in an hour so it's still great for using during my workday.
