Reluctant sound quality and heavy in ear

At least the Best Buy associates were wonderful in assisting me and didn’t look at me crazy during the journey! I have smaller ears, usually have to go straight to changing out to the smallest bud attachment by muscle memory. Unfortunately these were still too bulky in my ear and were very heavy to wear. Did some head movements in my car to see how well they stayed in place for workouts/etc., and found myself having to dig one bud out from under the seat. Returned right away. Went with the Bose SoundSport, I can live with one wire BT for the sound quality and comfort!

Ran into connectivity issues a couple of times a day. I paired this product with a Samsung S20 Ultra. Vendor support was spotty. Music quality sound profile was so-so.

Tried to make it work, but it's not for me.

The earbuds are interchangeable so you can find a good fit for your ear. However, they were still pretty big. I figured I could work past this. Now, a little over a year later--they have problems connecting, they fall out of my ear constantly, and now the left one has completely stopped working. This could be an individual issue where my particular set were just manufactured incorrectly, but I should've returned them when I had the chance. I wish I could love them.

The fit was ok...just ok. There are better, ALOT better products. It was apin to have to operate each one independently. The sound quality was ok.

They come with a great charging case and has a comfortable fit with its extra ear tip pieces for you choosing. A great product for listening to music.

The sound is on par with some of the better earbuds and they cost quite a bit less. The case is superb and holds the buds great with magnetic charge points. Harmon really makes jbl shine and it shows in these very well made earbuds.
