Great audio, decent bass, but overall excellent product. The buttons work great, fits well in your ear. The charging base stays charged for a long time.

These headphones are sooo close to being great (based on my extremely limited experience). Overall, it appeared to be a high quality product. I was pretty excited to get them for just $60 on sale! The sound was very nice. I would need to try out the different sleeves and tips to get a secure fit, but I'm not going to bother because I've already decided to return them. The single issue I've run into that makes them unusable for me: volume. Not something I ever expected to be a problem! When connected to my iPhone 11, I can have the volume turned down to NOTHING (why is there even sound at this point?) and yet the sound is still TOO LOUD. I did some research, chatted with Best Buy, and it turns out there's apparently nothing I can do about it. I never want my volume louder than it needs to be because I care about my hearing! And it's also unpleasant. These headphones are simply not worth potential hearing damage - or the discomfort. I want headphones that enable me to turn the sound down to the point where it is too low - then I can increase it so that I'm never listening louder than is appropriate. Other than volume, I really have no complaints - but I have hardly used them. It's very disappointing, because I thought I was getting a great deal on an awesome product. But these will be going back to the store. Be prepared to return these if you care about your hearing (or even just comfort)! It's possible that this isn't an issue with different devices, so you'll have to try them for yourself to know for sure.

Tried several different wireless headsets and these deliver! Great sound and fit. Great quality for the price. Deep bass, clear highs and mids. Good batter life. Great for workouts!

The sound is great and they’re very easy to use but there is quite a big of lag with the sound when they’re first connect the ear buds. It’s more noticeable if you’re watching a movie or tv show.

Comes with charging case, and several different rubberized earbud covers. Synching to phone and overall set-up was very easy. I have used these for just over a month, several times a week while I bike ride for about 1.5 ++ hours at a clip. Sound is consistent and easy to accept a call, even while listening to music, ie., music stops when call is accepted and resumes when call is ended. I had decided to buy these based upon reviews I had read and the price. Felt that it would be a good starter experience with ear buds. Happy about my choice.

Solid set of earbuds at a decent price. They sound good and were reasonably easy to set up. One downside is that when using 1 earbud, it has to be the right one which is the ‘primary’ one.

I had the previous edition of the JBL wireless headphones, the music quality with the new edition is much better, the only thing I dislike is that they are bigger in size therefore they stick out of my ear.

The sound from these head phones are great along with the fit in your ears. Only problem I do not like is the short 4 hours battery life. Charging case is great with battery life of 10 hours or more. Always love JBL.

Use this while running and cycling. They do occasionally want to fall out while running, but not too often. Accidentally left them in my pockets when I washed them, and they still work! Good sound.

I'm Still Learning To Effectively Use These Headphones ..... Clarity And Sound Quality Is Good ..... Having Some Difficulty Sizing Gel Sleeves And Units Sometimes Fall Out While I'm Doing Yard Work.

Has really good sound and bass but they just won't stay in my ears. Left earbud has trouble connecting to right one sometimes.

Overall decent earbuds. They're a bit difficult to adjust the fitment just right for my ears. They're very bright on the highs. Definitely lacking a little on the bass compared to some other earbuds I own that were half the price. They are very clear sounding though. I also don't care for the call functions as the audio for the call is only played through one earbud. Honestly, I tend to prefer using one of my skullcandy earbud sets over these JBL.

Sound quality is great. But really frustrated that one bud won't stay in my ear, no matter what size fitting I use. I wish I would have chosen a set that hooks around my ear.

They’re pretty good quality headphones, nice bass, it fits pretty decent into your ears and the battery life is reasonable but it has a 2 second lag when watching videos which is constantly annoying

durable, clear sound, good bass, I had dropped one in the toilet once and I pulled it out Cleaned it and it worked as if it never happened

These JBL wireless earbuds sound great....they get loud when needed and fit well. They are not the best at staying in place during vigorous exercise however...just an FYI....

These sound amazing way better than beats good bass too. easy to pair, great charging case , cheaper than any apple products

Love the sound but hard to keep in my ears. I’ve tried the different cushions and still haven’t found the right fit but again great sound riding a motorcycle on a freeway

This are great headphones, with amazing sound. Unfortunately my ears did not receive them very well. Too large at the base, I could not wear them longer than 5 mins

Bought these as a backup to other great ones I have. They went on sale around the holidays so I picked them up. Very impressed with the sound quality and battery life! I read the reviews on them and others posted that they had bluetooth connectivity issues, JBL must have addressed this issue and I haven't had any issues pairing with any of my devices. I own very expensive ones, and I have to say these definately rare up with the expensive ones. I would definately recommend these to anyone looking for a nice set of earbuds!
