Owning a subwoofer has changed how I drive and feel on a daily basis. However, a few months ago my first JBL Subwoofer broke because I was pumping my jam too hard. I didn’t notice until I got home and I was both heartbroken and upset because I knew what kind of rides lied ahead of me - lame and boring. Nevertheless, I am a very great driver but owning a system is a must have! Anyways. After speaking with my better half and sharing how unfortunate this was for me, we decided to keep an eye on this product in case it went on sale. So we did, FOR MONTHS. Which let me say, where the longest months of my life. Time goes by and I earned enough points at work to cash out with a Best Buy GC and buy a new subwoofer. It was like life came back to me and it felt like nostalgia. After a quick and super easy swap, I am back and feeling like myself. Now I drive happy because I have my system back. So JBL and Best Buy, thank you for letting me enjoy my music and for having a great product that I’m proud to share with others and mainly myself.

Bought two of these on sale for $29+tax back in Nov. 2019. Wanted a budget build for my truck and saw these for a low price. I run these two sub with a boss riot amp(budget build). I am surprise how they paired really well with the amp. It hits hard ( not earth shuttering) but just the way I like it to be. Up to this day, still bumping and no issues thus far. When I see this again on sale, I'm gonna buy another pair for my other car. Recommended to anyone looking for a budget build for their ride.

Picked up a few of these as deal of the day for $29 each. That’s ridiculously cheap. Yes $29 for a quality brand name recognized subwoofer. These things are pretty loud with moderate power. I’m talking 200-250 watts sounds like a much more expensive system than it is. Even set for sound quality it’s very impressive. They’ve taken everything I’ve tossed at them so far.

Bass, bass, bass. What else can I say? JBL is a very solid and reputable in their products and even at the base price of this subwoofer is worth it. I was very fortunate to get it on an amazing sell and even at base price its more than worth it. Grabbed 2 of these bad boys along with a Rockford Fosgate amp and you can hear it from way down the street. High quality product right here. I love them!

As long as you give it the right power they work great..even though they are 1000watt max subs they are only 250watt rms power and giving 2 of them 500 watts rms is all you need...some ppl think you give them what they max at and that's why a lot of subs don't sound right.mine sound awsome low and deep pounding bass

Alright! This is a SLEEPER. Don’t let the spec sheet deter you when it says 250WRMS. This bad boy has some shocking excursion and dB that blew my expectations out of the water. Paired it with the jbl-club600 amp, and it handles it like a CHAMP so far. This sub is advertised as only hitting down to 35hz, BS, I’ve got my songs that hit about 8hz lower (even down to 20 hz audibly, but slightly lower volume and more distortion) to sound crystal clear! Lower hz will be a tad quieter than say 40hz, but it ain’t a slouch though. I was thoroughly expecting this to be a temporary “throw it in and get something new in a few weeks” type of subwoofer…but I honestly might stick with it now because it’s sound quality is top notch for what you’re paying. I’ve heard subwoofer 3 times the price of this (granted are louder) but sound worse and not hit as low as this one. I’d say I recommend you try it out!oh and one more thing I’d love to thank JBL for consistently putting out truethful products, everything I get from JBL just sounds good and is truthful to the price if not exceeding expectations. Fanboy for life.

JBL retails best buy at 129$ ....for a 4 ohm svc sub, id never pay that. but when they throw it on sale for the deal of the day or black friday for 29$.....SOLD!!! these will make a good starter speaker set for someone on a budget. I personally bought a couple and plan to use them as mids until I decide to bring one of them in the house and convert to home audio sub

Got two of these for a great Black Friday price. They sold out pretty quick. Installed them in a mdf sealed box and they sound really good. Needed a 2 ohm load to my amp and these subs made it happened. This subwoofer won’t give you monster bass but they do really well and hit hard. Good entry level speaker.

Totally shocked by how great these sound. We had two other brand subs that went out. We replaced with two of these in a sealed enclosure and wow! For the price it can't be beat. We bought the four year extended warranty just in case but so far so great.

Very nice and accurate bass. I normally purchase more higher end type of woofers but I took a chance on this one... and I’ve had this JBL woofer about a month now, it’s in a sealed box and I have been very very happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend this woofer.

These things PUMP. I really wanted a sub without any filtering to see what it sounded like and i couldn't be happier. It handles deep bass really nicely, and can even play higher notes making it superbly versatile and a delight to listen to.

I had a JL AUDIO W7 12 inch woofer before this one so I had a HIGH STANDARD FOR BASS. I got rid of the JL and got this one to replace it. For 30 bucks deal of the day I wasn't really expecting much. Figured SOME bass was better than none. WOW...THIS SPEAKER IMPRESSED ME BIG TIME! Hits HARD, CLEAN and DEEP. Not even saying it's good for the price...IT'S GOOD PERIOD! I have one in my trunk and that's ALL I NEED.

Good sub for the price, great brand for speakers and subs. Hits hard, one is good but two would be great.

This sub was a great deal. Got it on sale and couldn't be happier. Hooked up to a crapp Boss riot 1100w amp and the sub wants more power. Its definitely at least 250w rms. Great sound quality as well.

If you can get these when they do there black friday sale snag them up for the price you cant beat them especially if you can get your hands on multiples.

These are not rockfords or kickers but I tell you what, these JBLs ain't no punk!!! Hi hooked these boys up to my system with my epicenter and BOY they pound!!!! And for the price, I'm very satisfied!!!!

Great powerful subwoofer and fits in a compact box with clean sound

Using a club 5501 to push these. I have to keep the gain all the way down so it’s more than enough power. These are hitting harder than my partners 12” Fosgate punch subs.
