The speaker isn't the most powerful, but it is good for sound quality and it is very loud. I put in the back seat of my F150 crew cab and it was too much. I would like this in a eight inch.

Quality 12" subwoofer

So I decided to get a second one and wire in parallel (2 ohms) to my MRP-M450 Alpine mono amp. 400 watts (RMS) They sound great and I would recommend this product. I purchased this speaker on sale and am 100% satisfied.

JBL is all I own.

Everything I own is from JBL, from a Flip 4, to the Extreme 2, to the Link bar and the fantastic studio monitors, please perform with quality but you have to make sure you follow the recommended Port sizes and box sizes if you build your own box.

Clear n Crisp!

Have it hooked up to the Club 5501 monoblock amp and a ported box! BOOMIN! Sounds amazing! I just wanted a little somethin to add to what my new car already had, but this fricken blew me away! Far more than what i expected! I seen it had mixed reviews and alot of ppl bashed this sub, I dont understand why? Maybe they had it hooked up to a poor amp/box? Dont know!
