The speakers is great quality and provides big sound for what you pay for. The only thing I didn’t realize before I bought, was that you can’t use the voice control function for iTunes. Only Spotify premium.

I went in to buy a Bluetooth speaker to listen to at work. Then I saw this JBL speaker and it was quite pricey, but I took a chance. It was a good decision. The google assistant is easy to use and it will play anything you ask it to through Pandora or I heart radio.

Does better then Alexa. Sound is awesome. Google needs to work on a way for people to play their own music from their own files. Needs some more improvements. Doesn't find my movies sometimes.

Awesome sound like always from JBl!!

High quality like always from JBl. This speaker really has a lot of bass. Not as much as the homepod but it's neck and neck. This JBL speaker need like 10% more bass then it would exactly if not better then homepod. Otherwise it does sound better then an echo and an echo studio. My 2 only complaints would be when you turn the volume up, the bass seems like it gets turned down. Meaning the louder you go (Only on high volume), the less bass you will have. My other complaint was that this speaker really doesn't get that loud. I mean it's definitely capable of getting loud but I think it's the Google assistant software that's preventing it from getting loud. Otherwise though, this definitely is a great sounding speaker.

Bought this for my office and love the fact that it interfaces with Google. I do not have to stop what I am doing to listen to program music to it. I just say "hey Google, play XYZ on Pandora" and it starts playing!

Sound Quality is outstanding for its size. I have it in my garage to replace my old rack system. I could not be happier with this purchase. Caught on sale for less than $100.00 which also makes it a steal!!!!!

It has integrated with the rest of my speakers for surround sound playback. It's small enough to fit in my kitchen space, but gives really great sound so I can have music while I'm cooking or having people over.

I first had an JBL Link 10 and I thought it was awesome and then I decided to upgrade. I mainly got the link 10 and 300 for the restroom so when I shower I can blast my music and the link 300 fulfills my needs.

Bought this speaker for my sons dorm room. The sound is great. The reason for the four stars is that it does not have an auxiliary jack.

JBL is no slacker when it comes to speakers, and this is by far their best I've ever heard. The packaging is great, it feels like a much more expensive speaker. And the speaker itself is so nice, you get a feel that this is something very "top shelf", very high end. Turn on the speaker, and you'll likely be as amazed as I was/am. I was floored when I heard the amazing sound coming out of this speaker. It feels solid and decent, it sounds even better. Great bass, great treble, both of which I use on high. And this gives you a sense of surround sound, which is really amazing given the price point of this device. The thing I like about this is that it is a high end speaker first, but the level of Google Assistant quality was something I could never have imagined. The speaker has a WIFI indicator, so you know if you are connected or not. Plus, there is a dedicated Google Assistant button you can press to get Google to come on. I was able to call it from across the room without any hesitation - and consistently. I was surprised that this system had Chromecast built in - that was just a bonus on top of an already great speaker system. Of the Google Assistant products that I have tried, they are a good thought, but they don't deliver on performance. This does both very well. This would be good for anyone who wants the sound quality of an amazing speaker from JBL, but also wants the convience of Google Assistant. This is a good tabletop speaker, a good speaker for a desk at the office, or even for a kitchen. I love a good speaker, and this is not a disappointment.

    Great Little Speaker

When I got this speaker, I was surprised by how small the box was. It was then my hopes for full, rich sound slumped. I opened up the box to find a tightly packaged, well-protected speaker, which is a plus in the days of online shopping and subsequent shipping. I plugged it in and was thoroughly impressed by the sound I was getting over just Bluetooth (I was eager to get it going). After listening to a song or two, I decided to connect it to the wifi for the full experience: casted music and voice commands. This is where the speaker shines. Casted music isn't compressed like Bluetooth and because of this, all your songs sound much fuller and richer. Deeper bass and sharper highs come out when casting. Also, by setting it up, you get access to speech commands and that is a huge help. Make no mistake, this is still a small, all-in-one speaker, so don't expect home theater sound, but for its size, it's quite impressive. The Google assistant is great and can be very helpful. From telling jokes, flipping a coin, playing music and radio stations, to providing estimated commute times, I'm impressed. A couple cons to note: I do think it's a tad expensive at $250, but seems to have been on sale since release at $200, which is a bit better. Another is the Google Home app that sets it up. It's not the quickest and doesn't always work the best. I can't really ding JBL for it, but it's worth noting. For example, today it kind of randomly forgot my account was linked, so it couldn't tell me about my commute. Not sure what was going on. Worked just a bit later though. Just kind of odd. At least the mics seem to pick you up well and consistently from considerable distance. Lastly, when I first played it, it was sitting on a granite countertop, which degraded the sound quality a bit. Holding it up in the air on my hand actually helped the sound, which makes sense; most speakers are elevated. Maybe JBL could include/sell a small pedestal to get it off the surface it's on? Just a thought. All in all, a great speaker that I am happy with
