Right out of the box gave me about 4 hours. Comfy, great sound. Plenty of bass. Voice commands work just fine as does talking on phone.

Quit working exactly after 3 months I am not if I purchase insurance and do not how long is the factory warranty

I bought this headset to replace an aging LG Tone. So far the sound for music and phone use is quite comparable to the LG. The headset is light and more comfortable to wear and he battery will last all day and then some(I use my phone a lot during the day). The only con I have is the button placement. I find that the headset will begin to play after I lift my arms while working overhead and I usually don’t notice until they have been playing for a few minutes.

This is my first set of wireless earbuds. The bluetooth range is about 30 feet. The battery life seems good so far. I have only used them for a couple hours at a time so far. The charging port cover is kind of a pain to try to force out of the way for the microusb plug. The ear fit is good. The audio quality is pretty good. My last set of earbuds were the Symphonized 3.0 NRG wood earbuds with better sound quality and bass.

Okay, great sound, affordable, durable so far. I mow with them and they go under my ear muffs no problem. Great battery life. Con for me is if you do bench or sit ups at the gym the part that goes around your neck falls off and pulls out of your ears.

has an excellent battery. The sound is clear. the connection is fast. It is not heavy and the magnets help it to be fixed. per have a big problem does not vibrate and is not good. Well if you do not hear The phone you lose the call

Item has great battery life & sound quality, but the mic is a bit lacking, you need to speak a bit louder for it to pickup. Second minor issue is if you use it for workout it can fall off since it's loose on neck does not hug.

Great headphones with awesome sound. Battery life is by far the best I’ve seen. The only knock on them is they tend to fall off your neck when your moving around so just be careful that you don’t lose them.

I picked this headphones from an end-cap display at Bestbuy one Sunday morning. I trusted the JBL brand before and these were going to be the most I've ever spent on a bluetooth headset. The Pros: For music this headset is pretty good. Loud enough, not too bassy, not too tinny. The sound quality is adequate for this price point. Good when it comes to music, No lag, when playing Netflix. The Cons: The sound is the only redeeming quality that these headphones have. The controls are not intuitive and hard to press. The cable I knew wasn't retractable when I purchased it, but the material scrapes against my shirts, collar or no collar. When it scrapes the shirt, the sound travels to the ear, and it's jarring. The neckband doesn't stay put. I've had several around-the-neck headphones, and never had this problem before. Under my shirt, under my collar, over my collar. The neckband won't stay in place. I end up adjusting the neckband many times throughout the day, and that's just when I notice. Most of the time it's just askew around my neck and I look unkempt. Several times I've been startled, because the headset will travel down my back. I thought I would solve this by keeping it in my shirt, but then it just slides down my front. Because of these design issues, I will not be recommending this headset to anyone.

The sound is good, however, while using the phone, every sound around seems to be magnified and irritating to the person I'm talking with. That would make talking while cooking or washing dishes not very comfortable for the person on the other end of the phone. Also I'm not quite getting the 10 hrs worth of battery usage claimed. It's not bad, it's just not that. Having said that, if possible I would have given it another 1/2 star. While listening to music, podcasts, recorded lectures, streaming services such as YouTube, Netflix or similar, I find them to provide good clear sound, good volume, and comfort around the neck as well. The buttons are very conveniently placed and easy to locate & recognize without seeing them. It pairs seamlessly to my bluetooth devices after I set it up the first time & charging time is good. For these reasons I would recommend these headphones.

I just got these today, I like them so far. I got them for 30 bucks.. They are regular $70!! I never spent this much on headphones. I am an old rocker dude and these sound awesome. Hooking it up to the phone at first was easy, but for some reason it would pick up the other JBL speaker I had and kick these off... That was the only pain. Other than that I haven't put them done, and love these.. Thank you! P.S. (They could always be louder!!!!)

I got these for my birthday and they hooked right up to my iPhone very good sound but once I started working outside mind you with my phone on me the music would break or cut out and the ear bud right side would fall out. I have small ears and the smallest tip was on due to comfort I returned to the store. Don’t get me wrong if you want a good sounding bud they might be good for the Office I’m gonna stick with the over ears I think.

My husband had to replace his LG headphones again. Since best buy no longer carrys them an associate suggested the JBL. My husband likes the better than the LG's. TAhe problem he has with them is they slide off his neck to easily.

These have great sound on all range of music genres. Excellent battery life. I can listen to music all day while at my handyman business and most of the next day without a recharge. Only reason for the 4 stars is because the neck band moves on me when I'm working and I have to constantly readjust. Overall excellent wireless earbuds.

Great sound. Great battery life. Great price. I am in between an amateur and an audiophile. For the price you wont be disappointed with these. The soundstage is wide and the ranges are nicely balanced.

Purchased these and they sound great. They are a little bit on the quieter side , they don't get as loud when you wanna get into your workout when a good sound hits . Quality is good I like the reinforced wire . The fit well in my ears which are a little bigger than normal.

I bought these headphones for my wife as she likes to listen to music during her workout. They were reasonably priced and seem to be well made. I researched several brands before deciding on these JBL headphones. Beats are the most popular but I did not want to pay more just for the brand name. These headphones are a great substitute with minimal differences in sound quality. I had no issues with the wireless connection to my wife's cell phone. She has used them multiple times and hasn't had any issues with sweat though they are not waterproof by any means. She stated that they are comfortable to wear during her workout and don't fall or slide off. I would definitely recommend these headphones.

These wireless earbuds are very comfortable. You hardly feel the neckband and it is of high quality material. Very pleased with how the earbuds feel, they seem durable and I have worn for a couple of hours with no discomfort. The sound right out of the box is rather weak and not that good. Tinny. HOWEVER if your device you it paired with has an EQ it livens it up a lot with good bass and clarity in highs and mids. So be patient and don't return upon 1st listen.

Great headphones for someone who's active. Excellent sound quality and great fit. The earpiece is comfortable and does not keep falling out like those dang AirPods.

I like them, but again I'm going to exchange them for something else. The sound quality is good just the volume level is just too low. Easy to manage them with the eq in Spotify, but shouldn't have to. They should sound great right out of the box.
