Sound is better than most earbuds, but not amazing. Form factor lacks polish. Difficult sometimes to keep them in place on the neck. Ear pieces have an angle, probably for ergonomics, but is uncomfortable in the actual R and L positions. Wear better reversed, but neck piece is twisted that way. Battery life is pedestrian.

The sound quality is decent. The microphone is trash, the person your on the phone with hears all kinds of background noise. The battery life is no where near what they say it is on the box.

Don't waste your money

Fortunately, I have Geek Squad coverage, but even with that, the purchase is not worth it. The device has a constant blue light which, in my opinion, drains the battery. There's no signal or warning when the battery is low, unless you're watching for the blinking light. It will simply cut out in the middle of your call. Unless the bud is constantly in your ear, there's no indication of an incoming call. All signals are light indications, but who has time to watch for bluetooth lights??? I surely don't. Also the 10 hour battery life only applies when the bluetooth is on & not in use. I haven't gotten 10 hours of use in a single day at all. Be prepared to charge it often. BUT the sound quality is pretty good, minus the sporadic crackling!
