I was a first time buyer, bought two different sets and took em back because my ears hurt (jbl 220 and another brand I can't remember) so I watch a review on these and gave it a shot. The moment I put these on I knew I love them. They felt light on my ears and the most important to me... these are the LOUDEST earbuds/headphones/headset etc.. EVER! for $75 you cannot go wrong. Not mention that you can EQ these thru the JBL app! That's right these have its own app and the extra features there... oh man. I've never been so excited to write a review

The sound quality is amazing, the built in equalizer on the app as well was by far the best feature. Best sounding as well with the noise canceling feature. Very easy to use and highly recommend. Very well worth the price.

Had to change the ear tips and wings for it to suit my ear better. Other than that they last around 2 hours with the case charging them up back to full many times over.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great Sound Quality, however, when using the tap gestures to raise the volume, it does not work efficiently and instead recognizes the "1x tap" gesture and pauses the audio. All tap gestures have a slight delay causing you to think you didnt tap it and then youll go tap again and cause a different command to take action.

Posted .We appreciate the feedback you've provided us with our JBL Live 300TWS. Please try to connect it using a different source (phone, tablet, computer) to check if it would work. You can also reset the earphones:Double-tap the button on the right earbud, then on the third tap - press and hold the button for more than 2 seconds. This restores the earbuds to the factory defaults. TWS must be connected to perform the reset, so neither of the earbuds should be off or in the charging case. It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again.
