This buds are very comfortable and the case is very useful. The sound is great specially if you have an Android so you can take advantage of the LDAC and you need a HI-DEF streaming music service to take full advantage. Phone calls are great with them and very good battery.

I’ve had these headphones for almost a year now, and for the price they’ve been pretty good, but every now and then I do have some connectivity issues, but it seems to be at random. I’d say they’re worth it if you’re looking for something a little cheaper than airpods but still want quality sound!

Honestly, stay away. Sound quality is good like most jbl products. Everything else is horrible. Anc turns on by itself, whenever it wants to, despite me purposefully turning it off repeatedly on the app, and on the case. There is no way to turn this case, or the earbuds, off. Half the time the case was extremely low battery when they had just been charged recently. To add to not being able to completely turn off either earbuds/case, for some reason the bluetooth on these think theyre allowed to have priority over everything else, even when 'everything else' is connected and playing. These things will randomly decide they want to kick your current receiving device off and hog your connection, to just simply sit there and be connected. Computer connected to another device? Kicked off by these. Car connected to my phone to let music play? Nah, car kicked off so these can force a connection, just to sit in a backpack. The fun thing is that nobody even so much as looked at them, and theyre hijacking source connections. To the point where any time they were used, they had to be deleted from anything they were connected to, to prevent them from randomly connecting for no reason. The amount of times I've had to reconnect my phone to my vehicle because of these things is probably a world record. Ive had tons of wireless earbuds, and these Live Buds have had more problems than all of them combined. Whats worse is Best Buy has unrealistic return windows that rendered these non-returnable despite being massively defective. Customer service made an appointment with their Geek Squad to have them looked at, and had me drive 40 miles 1 way to a store, because I honestly wanted them repaired for the sound quality, just for them to tell me they can't do anything and I need to contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer replaced them, but I doubt I'm even going to open the packaging. They'll likely go on ebay at a loss. Made the decision to replace these with GalaxyBuds3Pro before the replacement was delivered, which both arrived on the same day. Save yourself $100, higher end Anker and Skullcandy earbuds will sound the exact same with Kiwiears tips and a decent equalizer setting, without any of the nonsense.

I love these buds!!! They are comfortable and have really great sound. I enjoy the ability to switch modes as well. Highly recommend them!!! Very easy to connect to everything I have!!!

These are my daily use earbuds. Super easy to connect and use. The audio is great and the battery last quite a long time.

Not the biggest fan of these types of earbuds but I wanted to give them a try, every now and then I do have to push them back in my ear but they do stay in they’re very comfortable and the volume and sound quality is good.

These earbuds sound amazing! They are easy to operate. They sound as if you are in a concert hall. They pair well with the android Samsung galaxy phones. They are a very comfortable fit in the ear. we came from an over the ear headphones to these and we were concerned that we would loose quality sound, but just the opposite we gained much better quality sound. These earbuds are quality at a very reasonable price. Thanks to best Buy for carrying such a fantastic product.

They are good, they connect quickly and the battery lasts quite a while. They have good noise cancellation and are comfortable. The rubber could be bigger so they fit better, but overall they are good.

The case is more like a gimmick, but the headphones in general sounds great. Fits great in the ear. Has a long battery life.

I would have given these 4 stars if mine hadn’t been defective. I’m using them with a Galaxy S25, and overall, the experience was great — sound quality is very good, the fit is comfortable even with my small ear canals, pairing was simple, the JBL app works well, and the ANC performs as expected for this price range. Unfortunately, the right earbud developed a faulty amplifier that randomly bursts out painful, full-volume noise. JBL’s warranty service was quick and painless, but the defect itself was disappointing. I’d still recommend them, but I deducted one star because of the issue.

Great noise cancelation. Has a multitude of sound options. One hr ambience mode. Quick connectivity. You can still control it at the ear or using the case. I would place these above many when considering sound, options and overall experience.

These headphones are definitely a step up from my old JBL's. (That still work!) Iove that you are able to search for them when you inevitably misplace them and it gives you the last know address as well.

[Employee of bestbuy] The item was really good, fitting was pretty nice for my ears, and even with the silicon tips didn't fall at all. The sound quality is nice, no mt the best thing you get, but there's certain sounds you can identify. The ANC is ok, in comparison with other earbuds I had before is ok, muffles a good amount of sounds for what it is. As always JBL provides a beautiful bass in comparison with other brands that I have tried before. The screen on the case is apljs that caught my attention at first, it was an interesting concept, but it had to sacrifaice size for the screen, it was a bit more difficult to carry it in my pocket due to the bulky design. Besides that it was very nice.

Fantastic sound quality and perfect for working out or doing anything physical really. The screen on the case is super fun and convenient and the JBL app is super helpful too.

They fit well. The noise canceling is well above prior ear buds I've owned all within same price point. The ability to control through the case is very convenient.

I thought that Apple airpods are the only thing that would pair properly to my iphone. I also always wanted the JBL earbuds for a while and it did not disappoint. The sound quality, the bass, the functionality of the screen on the case are all super smooth and nice quality. The equalizer works pretty nice too. Noise cancellation is on point too. The only useless thing is the flashlight function on the case. It reminds me of the flashlight on the older ipod touch's that just illuminates the screen and does no actual shining. But being able to see the battery percentage for each individual earbud and the case is really useful. I also enjoy that I don't need to take my phone out to use the music control and pick up phone calls. The haptic sensors on the earbuds also works flawlessly. They are, however, very sensitive to the touch, so I am still getting used to that. Another feature that I like way better than the airpods is the ear connectivity. If I am out of range from my phone and I come back closer, the earbud would connect back to my phone and tell me it's connected and continue my music. Where as for airpods, sometimes it wouldn't connect back or I would need to reconnect it myself for the music to play again. The overall rating I will give to the earbuds would be 10/10 just because how amazing it is compared to the airpods.

I'm not going to lie, I got this because of the touch screen case and the fact that Samsung owned JBL since 2017 so I thought there would be features that wasn't listed but I digress. The JBL app features are nice and the bass is great. I haven't used some of the other features JBL offered but I will over time. I have been having issue with the auto pause when removing the earbud. I've had many occasions when i paused it or just removed the bud and put it back in my ear just to realize it either started playing by itself or never paused at all.

Very nice product, the noise canceling is AMAZING, the custumazation for the erabuds is on another level, the screen is very helpfull when it come to regular use and outside use too, soynd quality is amazing, perfect fit too and does not bother while using, in general this product is a 10/10 no ear buds can compare.
