The case will not charge and there are connection issues. They did sound great when they worked though. Will add a couple stars in the future if JBL honors their product warranty. If not, I will be selling all my JBL products and never touching JBL again.

Charging problems are usually caused by deep-seated dirt on the metal charging contacts, which includes sweat, skin grease, or moisture. To reduce the likelihood of this issue, use a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals of the headphones. Rotate the swab and scrub lightly on each contact surface, then use a cotton cloth to remove any dust and cotton residue left on the headphones. Next, wipe the contact pins in the charging case with a clean cotton swab and wait for it to try. Repeat until the contact points are visibly clean, and charging should work as designed. If the issue continues, please reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance.

These are fully loaded with every feature. Got done with a 3 mile run today & didnt even adjust them once. Don’t hesitate. Also the dual pairing is really convenient.

I had them, they broke and so this was my only option to update. They are a little harder to wear for me personally, but I am getting used to them

The sound is good for the cost, but the fit of these earbuds just don't stay in my ear. I switched over from Apple AirPods and stuck with these, since they are not eligible for return once opened.
