The headphones quit holding a charge. Told JBL and they said they could not replace or fix them. I showed where I'd purchased over 10 pair of JBL headphones over a year and a half PLUS protection plans. Because I had to keep repurchasing plans due to malfunctions, I went to JBL. They said 1 year warranty was up here's a little discount that can only be used on a few things and that's all they could do. I spent over $1k on their products...sent documented proof of multiple returns and repurchases of 3 different types of headphones. Lance (Customer Support Agent W62) from the The HARMAN Customer Experience Team told me to find a pair on sale and use their little discount and that would equal a savings off another pair but no protection and that's all they could do...good luck!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer Service.

2nd set of these earbuds I’ve purchased. I’m keeping these for myself! Love the sound & easy set up. Also like the extra ear rubber sleeves in different sizes to accommodate different ears channels. These sound great, have ambient and noise cancelling capabilities and they’re JBL…what more could you want?!

This is a good product. Would recommend this to others.

No complaints, an awesome set of buds that wont fall out during a workout at the gym

They are truly noise canceling. They have an option to be ambiant aware when you need to hear around. They come with a JBL app that is very helpul. So far no complaints. Highly recommended!

Purchased these on sale; am a fan of JBL products. These did not disappoint. They sound good and are so easy to set up on iPhones. I also like the app for the eq even if it doesn’t have a whole lot of options. The blue color is nice too.

Finally found something better than the Apple AirPods!

Godd performance and very good quality easy to connect

Great sound and base. Doesnt pic up background noise on calls as much as others. My only complaint is the battery life. I've had lower model JBL Headphones with longer battery life

For the money and size, sound and app, these are great earbuds. I have the Bose Quiet Comfort 2’s, I dont think the JBL’s are that far off. The NC and ANC work fantastic.

Great headphones, live to JBL sounds quality. I use them everywhere (commuting, gym, etc.) and for every purpose (music, phone calls). I tried different brands and like these ones the best in this price category.

I love my jbl's, i was looking for ANC buds, these are comfortable to use for long period of time. I own several ear buds, beats, jlabs and one knock off, this one is my favorite and i use it everyday

No matter which earpiece cover size i chose, the ear piece would fall out. But the sound quality was great.

Sounds great and the Noise Canceling is better than I hoped. They stay in my ears pretty well when I run. Overall, good earbuds for the price

Amazing sound and quality noise canceling works great and the ambient sound is very useful. Also love the wireless charging for the case.

Excellent sound at an affordable price. I did have to return the first pair, couldn’t get them to sync but the second pair works wonderfully

JBL ear buds have always been a great value for me. Sound quality is excellant and they stay put as I walk and workout.
