Very impressed with this Bluetooth speaker. Very loud highs sound better than the 300. The bass on this speaker is incredible especially with the bass boost 1st level second level sounds some what distorted. Speaker does sound louder when kept plugged in. Great speaker for house party, cook out, beach etc.

Bought for outside since this summer was spent in our backyard due to the virus. It's portable and sounds great. I like the bass boost options so when it was late and we were by the fire it wouldn't disturb the neighbors at night but during the day while we were in the pool we could turn it and no one cared.

Amazing speaker for the money. It's loud and has a clean sound. Was debating on a smaller speaker for more money but I'm glad I went with this. It has a nice punch even at a lower volume which is difficult to achieve with a smaller form factor.

I compared this with the 300 and to me the balance is better on the 100. I think the 300 has too much bass compared to the sound coming from the tweeters and the mids coming from the woofers. The bass boost is really effective on both units. The 100 is still very large but much easier to carry around than the 300. The 300 would be nice if you plan on leaving it in one place or not moving it very much or very far. I’m keeping the 100 and selling the 300.

JBL is known for making high quality audio equipment, the Partybox 100 is no exception. It is loud. It is clear. The bass is booming. The light show is cool. The USB option is convenient. Great piece of equipment.

Bought on sale before Black Friday for my son’s Christmas present. This thing can thump! Crazy bass! LED lights add a cool effect. Charge lasts a long time. Wish these things were around when I was a kid!

Very good sound. Handles are nice. Can play standing up or laying on its side. Plugs in or plays off battery. Easy to pair on bluetooth. Not to heavy compared to the 300. Very pleased with purchase!

I was debating between this or the 300 and ultimately bought this because because the sound differences were minimal. Price was not an issue so I didn’t cheap out to get the cheaper model. I take this to work and my co workers come to me and compliment how nice and loud it is. All in all, I highly recommend this speaker because you won’t be disappointed.

I wanted a nice bluetooth speaker to enjoy music in our outdoor poolside area. So, I needed something to fill the space. Boy, does this fill the space! Deep base (adjustable on the unit) and crisp highs. Connects seamlessly with cell phone, tablet or laptop. I must admit though, that it's a lot bigger (heavier) than I expected (which could be a 'good thing'). Personally, I don't care for the lighting effects, so I turn them off. And finally, though I've never had to run it off the battery for the 12 hrs stated as max, I must say that the battery life is awesome. I'm happy with this unit.

Love this speaker. Sounds great with lots of bass and the LED lights and strobes make it great to look at. I bought another one so now I can pair them and have stereo sound.

Best purchase ever!! Almost 11 hours of battery pumping almos at 99% volume!!! Easy to carry and the lights gives a differente vibe!!! Nice product!!!!

The sound is nice, quick to charge with long lasting enjoyment. Very light, portable. The Bluetooth is a definite plus..oh..the lights are cool.

I shopped several Bluetooth speakers before finally dropping the money to buy this one. I wanted much louder sound than what I was getting from the smaller portable ones and tried several before finally realizing that I need a serious speaker if I want serious sound. I use this during outside bashes with the neighbors, bonfires, will use at the neighborhood pool and it does a great job. The lows, mids and highs are all adequate and more than I expected at this price point.

Puts out a lot of bass, yet is very clear on the highs and mid range sounds as well. Very good battery life.

The sound quality is pretty good. I finally have a speaker that’s loud enough! It holds a charge very well and I can use it for a couple hours a day for 2-3 days before needing to charge it. Overall, I really like it and would probably buy again.

High quality sound and perfect size for any gather

This is the best $200 that I have ever spent. I added a $50 jbl microphone and now my family can stream music from our phones and also have karaoke parties. Sound quality is fantastic and I love how its portable and can easily be moved from room to room or taken to the eagles game for some tailgating! I am a big JBL guy and own A home theater system that features JBL Studios series speakers.. This lives up to the JBL name
