This is a review for an open box item. This speaker is plenty loud enough for a party and very easy to take around. The only minor thing is a scuff near the bottom, but is only cosmetics and doesn’t affect the quality of the speaker. Overall very satisfied with this product.

Really great speaker, I am a basketball coach and have been looking for a speaker that can turn up a small private gym and get the highschool gym rocking and this does just that! Was able to grab this refurbished and it was well worth it.

Love it! Have mine in garage and neighbors across street can feel the thump if i raise the volume a lil to loud lol.

Used this speaker for a large Air BnB rental with very high ceilings. Had I settled for my regular Sony XB-43 speaker that is normally loud enough, the party would have been a huge failure as there was zero chance it would have competed with attendees voices and the high ceilings. I highly recommend this speaker for 35-60 people in a large space—you legit cannot go wrong. $550 is a pure steal for one less thing to worry about for any public event moving forward.
