I have owned all three models of the JBL Pulse. This new one is the nicest one yet. It produces clear solid sound at a smaller volume setting and the light show is very smooth and really looks like a digital lava lamp.

I bought this speaker for my son. He loves the lights and overall look of the speaker. It fits nicely on his desk and does not take up much space. The sound quality is excellent. The brand lives up to its name.

Purchased this as a gift for my son. He already had one, and as these link up, allowed him to synch them up over a distance, and get great coverage for around our property. Cool light effects too!
