I love the sound, I loved the fit, I loved the functionality and design. The magnetic ear buds allow you to connect them together around your neck after a workout, and the earbuds stay tight. The down side: The rubber pieces that go over the earbuds fall off easily and can get lost. I contacted tech support and they were helpful but really hard to understand.

I was in a rush on a trip and forgot my 6 year old headphones. I stopped in BestBuy to buy a replacement pair of headphones for my Note 3 Mobile Phone; I had a long trip ahead of me and wanted to listen to some music. Not really looking, I grabbed the JBL headphones, JBLREFLECTIBLK, that a very nice BestBuy representative recommended. The headphones stay in my ear comfortablely and do not fall out when running around. The sound is good and it surprised me when someone called. It was a bonus to find a built in mic and volume control on the cord. Totally loving my JBL headphones. BestBuy didn't steer me wrong. I love shopping at BestBuy!! What a time saver!!! Thank you BestBuy!!! :o)

    Great sound isolation

I was looking for a good sound isolating ear bud for running, work, and any other activities. I looked at these and the bose ear buds and figured I would give these a try first since they were about half the price. They have worked great so far. Very good sound isolation. Can't hear anything else hardly when I'm running or working out which I like. I only have the volume on my phone set at 25-40% volume most of the time and that does the trick. These come with 3 different ear bud inserts so you can pick the size that is most comfortable and fits the most snug. I've worn these for 2 hours and they have yet to become uncomfortable. They also fit snug and I minimally adjust them if at all. Nice flat cord that is fairly rigid so it does not tangle and is reflective coated. There is also a little clip to attach to your shirt when running to keep the cord from swinging all over the place. Which at first I wasn't sure of but actually like it quite a bit now. Only thing I'm still not sold on is that the main cord is short for use with an arm band phone/mp3 holder and comes with an extension that is about 1' long to reach to your pocket. Would have rather had just one normal sized cord, I see this extension cord and extra plug in as just another spot that the product could fail or be wrecked. I had a pair of Beats ear buds that suddenly stopped working in one ear bud which is why I picked these up. I honestly can say I think the sound quality is similar and I think these are better at sound isolating. These do come with controls on the cord but I picked up ones for an apple phone and have an android phone. My mistake, but I never used them before so no big deal.

    Runners take

Have been looking for a pair of quality headphones to use while mainly running. Went through multiple pairs, but mainly had problems with finding a pair that would stay put in my ears! Decided to give these JBL's a try since I have a JBL FLIP speaker and love it! I was skeptical of the ear pieces and didn't expect them to stay in my ears while running but much to my suprise they stayed in place and I didn't have keep re-adjusting them while running. Sound quality is very good, I had read a few reviews that stated these had no base output but I disagree, they have very good all around sound quality. The cable length & extension cord I found odd and the is a clib on the cord as well that for me was in an odd location... to low on the cord to clip to the collar of my shirt, dont get its intention.. Otherwise, I did take these back to trade them in due to the plug's being tarnished upon purchase and there not being a quality connection at times. Best Buy however only had the bluetooth models of these headphones in stock so I traded up.. the Bluetooth version of these I had a completely different experience with and am returning them.

Pros: Great sound for non-noise canceling headphones. Good fit - they mostly stay in my ears. Cord is a good length, and detachable extender is nice. Cons: No sound pass-through, so I can't hear bikers coming while I'm running on trails. When they get sweaty, they become slightly uncomfortable. I find that I take them off during long runs, and let them air out for a while.

These headphones are stellar! They blend acoustic tones extremely well with a bass that is well pronounced but not overbearing. I workout, study, sleep, etc with these headphones...so they are very comfortable and really don't fall out. They also have a cord detachment so that the wire is shorter for when you run/bike/etc. Also, techno music on these is the best I've heard. The bass can ABSOLUTLEY blow you away if you let it... But the bass is very well modulated so that it is heavy enough for my taste but not overbearing. You will not be disappointed with these headphones. They are surely worth the price.

The buds are a little heavy, but the attached magnets make it easy to clip one but to the other. The fit is good and the sound quality is very nice - not too much base, good clarity. The buds come with an extension for the cable, which is needed for most usage. I don't think you'll be disappointed , if you choose these.

I did a lot of research on headphones before I bought any and I am a performing musician, so with that id like to think I know quality sound. These are perfect from lows to highs. Great bass but not too much, amazing miss and highs. They fit my ears great with 3 sizes and don't fall out and they have a clip for your shirt and a mic for calls. Feel like they took all the features you could have in in-ear headphones and put them all in this pair. In my opinion better and cheaper than Bose bottom line in ear headphones

The option the shorten cord length in half is awesome for jogging, sound quality good, has never fallen out of ear. Would be nice to have spares of the sized, ear shaped bud covers or easier access to buying more locally but overall happy with my purchase

I purchased these headphones after taking those $159 monster headphones back to the store. There fit for my ears was all wrong. They kept falling out of my ears and the sound quality wasn't all that great either. May have been because of the fit though. I was instructed to try these from a sales associate at best buy and let's say I'm thoroughly impressed with the build and sound quality. I would give them a 5 star rating but they will tend to hurt your ears at first until you get use to them. But after that they are simply phenomenal. They never become dislodged no matter how vigorous of a workout you do. And once again they sound amazing! Definitely would recommend these to any music enthusiast.

I was sick and tired of constantly adjusting my Apple earbuds when cycling or doing other strenuous physical activities. They would usually get sweaty and slide out of position. As a result, sound quality and volume were compromised. The other day, I was out on a ride and was struggling with the problems I just outlined. I came by our local BestBuy and decided that enough was enough. I went in, shopped around by reading the back of product boxes and settled on these earbuds. I took them out of the box and put them into immediate use. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! These earbuds go in and stay put! They sound great and I don't have to crank the volume all the way up. The control button works the same way as the Apple earbuds so I didn't have to get used to any changes. I use my earbuds with an iPhone, so taking the occasional phone call while out riding is a must. My wife happened to call me about 15 minutes after putting them into service and she said it didn't sound any different than if I had the actual phone to the side of my head. The perfect earbud upgrade for frustrated Apple earbud users!

Amazing headphones, especially for the price. Very crisp mids and highs and a great low frequency bass response that is perfectly suited to compliment the mids and highs. Not overpowering and muddy like beats by dre earbuds. I had a chance to listen to both bose soundtrue earbuds as well as beats by dre earbuds and as soon as you hear these JBLs you can immediately discern the difference in audio quality, especially for music like rock, metal, classical, symphonies, etc. But they still do the job very well for dance and hip hop with a clean bass response. For $50-$60 these are a no brainer and I would have easily paid twice that considering they are much better quality than other $100 range earbuds sets such as the beats and bose earbuds. Another reviewer stated that these are too heavy? Either they weigh 60 lbs or they are considerably weak because these are some of the lightest headphones I have ever handled. JBL even went the extra mile to make these with a tangle free cord and the magnets on the earbuds are great little additions that helps keep them securely around your neck if you're working out.Oh lastly, make sure that if you have an android device you get the android version and for apple products get the ios version as two different versions of these headphones are manufactured.

I've gone through lots of headphones in the past year, and these are the best that I've found. They're great in harsh elements, they sound great, and they can take a light beating. I have broken a couple of pairs from steady use (the wire tends to short out at the jack) but these things are still better than any other pair of sport headphones. I do recommend getting the replacement coverage, it's worth a little more for peace of mind.

I have purchased many headphones at $50-$100 and all have broken. These JBL headphones are durable and fit really well. In addition, the bass is amazing. My previous purchase were Klipsch S3 earphones, a good set. But even those aren't as well built or have as good a sound quality as my JBLs.

I picked these up to use with my phone while working out. The regular ear buds would eventually pop out while running or jumping. These hooks stay in and the extendable cord is a bonus. If you wear an arm band you don't have to worry about extra cable getting in the way. The buds themselves are magnetic and miraculously keep themselves from getting tangled.

I use the headphones every day for extended periods throughout the day to be able to use my mobile phone hands free and listen to pod casts while working. They are comfortable, sound great and seem very durable. I had used the Bose MEI2 head phones for years and am mainly comparing the JBL to this model. With the Bose I had to replace them at least once a year because they didn't hold up to the beating they took with every day use. The wires would pull away from the harder plastic parts and fray. In contrast the flat and stiffer wires of the JBL head phones don't tangle nearly as bad as the Bose' thinner silicone wires. The downside to the JBL's stiffer and less tangle prone wires is that they transmit more handling and friction noise through to the ear buds. That being said the noise is manageable with better wire handling techniques I've started to learn including using the built-in collar clip that helps anchor the head phones to your clothing. I really like the price as opposed to the more expensive Bose as well as the sound quality seems better in the bass frequencies when the molded silicon ear buds are properly inserted into the inner ear. Properly inserting the silicon ear buds also greatly improves the ambient noise reduction and makes them comparable to the really expensive noise cancelling head phones. The technique of properly inserting the molded ear buds is easy to learn and you'll really hear the difference when done right. They work well with my Windows 8.1 phone including volume & call control as well as voice command initiation. The mic has good sensitivity and clear. Overall the head phones have solid build quality, good audio performance and a reasonable price. A very good value in my opinion.

    Best earphones I've had

I'm something of an audiophile. I had a pair of Etymotic in-ear earphones that I loved; I basically wore them until the wires separated from the earbuds. That said, I considered quite a few brands and models and landed here. I'm very, very happy with these - and the best part to me (other than the sound) is the baffles that keep the earphones in place. I have oily skin and other earphones have slipped out; these don't move and the sound is incredible. Bass response is exactly on point but highs are not lost either. These match my Etymotics and outshine a rather expensive pair of Monster earphones I have (that I no longer use). In short - these are great earphones.

I've tried everything from $12-$150 Bose and Dr. Dre Beats but nothing gives you that crisp sound and thumping bass you want during your workouts. These never slipped and I never had to re-adjust them. Although, I think it's only fair to mention that I regrettably had to return them, but it had absolutely nothing to do with the product itself. I happen to have a bit of cauliflower ear on my right side so the wide base did in fact cause enough pain to lead me to return them. I really wish i could have kept them since I've yet found exercise earbuds as good as these ones.

Got them to run with while my Monster iSport buds were being warranty replaced. I got my Monsters back but still use these. They cancel out all ambient sound and all you here's the music. That can be a plus or minus depending on your needs. For running I love it, for cycling I need to hear what's going on around me. So I exclusively use them for running. They do not succumb to the salt and sweat and sound excellent. For the price I paid I am extremely impressed. They do not move at all while running. They stay secure and unnoticeable in the ear.
