I wasn't sure what I wanted when the sales associate recommended this wireless headset. I couldn't be happier. There are cheaper headsets, but I now I don't have go though the cheap ones to find a quality headset like this!

I have small ears, and the smallest rubber piece fit nicely in my ears. The volume dial on the side works well for quick adjustments to volume and changing songs.

Needing a louder sound. But overall I like my ear buds.

These were recommended to me, and she was right - these are great. I am able to run on the treadmill without even adjusting them once. They connect to bluetooth easily and quickly. Pleased with the price.

I purchased the the 1st model and loved them for 2.5+ years they lasted. I was super excited to see the new model on the shelf. LOVE them!!! Great buy!!!

I almost gave up on ever finding a quality headset (any type) that was comfortable, durable, and I could live with. I tried top of the line, over the ear, Bose 35 and Sony x1000 noise canceling headphones, Bose & Sony in-ear, Jaybird X4, and several others. (didn't try the Bose Sport though as I didn't care for the battery life and less water resistance of the sport) STICKING WITH THE JBLs - Great sound. Balanced, no need to mess with equalizer settings, no harsh ear pounding bass and mids which to me is just annoying unless you like that ear pounding. - Noise Isolation. These are NOT active noise canceling like the Bose sets. However they do a good job of sealing out the noise with a pretty good ear fit. If I used cars/planes often I would consider also getting the Bose Comfort 30's. - Mostly Comfortable/ Very lightweight. I can wear these for hours without irritation although the Bose in-ear QuietComfort 20's and 30's were more comfortable right out of the box. Of course the Bose 20's & 30's are active noise canceling whereas the JBL's are noise isolating requiring a tighter fit to block background external sounds. The Reflect minis can sometimes be mildly uncomfortable IF I try to push them into my ears too far or they are not adjusted properly. During runs there is no way these are falling out. And lightweight enough to not even notice them on my neck. - Water resistant. To me this just means I won't break them easily and as a bonus I can listen while in the hot tub/bath. Also more water resistant than the Bose Sport's IPX4. - Bluetooth works fine and phone calls come through in both ears really making the conversation clear. No disconnects after a week of use. - Battery life. I wanted something with at least 6 hours of playtime. So far I've been able to use these all day with no need to plug in. Bose Sports had shorter battery life. -$200 cheaper than the Bose QuietComfort 30's. Here are the only negatives on this headset. - Music advance. You have to press the incr/decr volume key 3 seconds to advance or rewind a music track. Really? Why not just make it double click on the pause or vol button. but, Ok I can live with that. Overall I was looking for great sounding headphones that I could use at my desk, around home, and while exercising regardless of price and the Reflect Mini2s are working out great.

I’ve had many headphones, but finding that perfect one is difficult. These are wonderful headphones. I bought a pair for myself and my girlfriend. Highly satisfied.

Great headset when first purchased. Sound was great. After 8 months the left earpiece no longer has sound. Good thing I got the extra protection.
