My first pair stopped working properly after one hour of using them, so I returned them and got new ones. I got these for the gym since they are waterproof. The ANC works as long as your music is loud. They are comfortable but sometimes it's hard to fit them comfortably in your ear.

I jog, lay down, lift weights, do lots of movement when exercising and the buds stay put. These buds are perfect! I’ve always loved JBL and even more now!

Zero problem - bought online but returned to the store where there was a no hassles return, and a replacement was promptly sent and the sales price was honored without question. Great product - great sound and the noise cancelling is phenomenal

I have adjusted the size multiple times and they still fall out. When I am able to hold the earbuds in the sound is awesome. Right now these earbuds are next to useless as they won't stay in my ears.

Comes with different size attachments for the ear to make it comfy thyr also hold on good to the ear while working out. Bass is great honestly really good and almost alike to the new beat fit pro but for half the price
