These have a tendancy to slowly fall out the ear with movement. I apreciate the compact case and battery life of the units. The battery life of the case is somewhat lacking.

After about an hour they hurt my ears even using the smallest tips. For the price I paid I’m disappointed. Would disconnect often in the gym as well.

Overall good product, but very weak on pairing to things. I have to shut off all other bluetooth for them to show up for pairing. A little pricey for the quality you get.

I don't know if maybe it's just me but these tend to slip out of my ear especially when I'm working out, I've tried changing the sizes of the earpieces but none of them fit right. It gets really annoying cause as soon as one of them slip out the music stops, not only that but when I am able to keep them in for a while my ears start to ache. Honestly I wouldn't really recommend, maybe buy yourself some over the ear headphones instead.

Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
