Sound quality is good. But the fitment is just awful. This may depend on your ear size. But they’re constantly falling out, have really bad pressure points, and are pretty fragile from even a short drop. Only purchased these on sale. No way are these worth their full asking price if you plan to actually move around with them in.

They are good ear buds. They work and sound great. But when it came to talking on thephon with them the other person could not hear me. They would tell me I sounded really far. If you want them just for music then they work but if you want them for an every day thing as far as talking on the phone I don't recommend these. I ended up returning them and getting a different brand of ear buds.

Case size is ideal. Love the color. So easy to set up, even for a senior citizen like me.

Love JBL. They typically make solid products and this earbuds are no different. Pretty cool that they come in different colors. My contention with this earbud is it could be a tad bit uncomfortable for people with smaller ear canals and also it does have intermittent connectivity issues. Overall still a great product.

PROS: The audio driver is loud and powerful. The app equalizer customization makes all the difference, so use it! CONS: The included gel tips are horribly uncomfortable, I swapped them for extras from another brand I had. The touch functions are not very customizable. The range on these are pretty bad, don't go far from your phone.

So far, so good. I need to play around with the noise canceling/ambient sound features. The only problem I had was pairing to my laptop and desktop. It want to show the case rather than the earbuds themselves. Be sure to press the airing button on the case to make the earbuds show up in the list of devices. Sadly, it helps to read the manual (hahah)

had great sound but is unreliable. returned two sets before getting one that did not have problems with one side. bought a second pair for my girlfriend, but one side went bad in about two weeks, and I cant return it.

I bought these because my last pair of JBLs lasted 7 years before showing any problems. So, I thought it would be a good brand to continue with. However, these were highly disappointing, and especially so for the price point. They are exceedingly uncomfortable, and I have not figured out a combination of the removable rubber pieces that make it at any better. They hurt my ears every time I wear them. One earbud will also randomly lose connection, causing me to have to take it out of my ear, put it back in the case, then take it back out of the case for it to reconnect. Overall, the sound quality and noise cancelling are pretty good. And they for sure can stay put through vigorous, sweaty exercise. But these factors do not overcome how uncomfortable and finicky they are. Would not recommend.

Sound quality is very good. Noise cancelling not as good as headset - but much more convenient and comfortable.

I wanted to love these, but after 2 months I’m disappointed. I’ve been a fan of JBL products for years. The sound quality is great, though not noise canceling. My biggest issues are: 1)The battery life is abysmal. I’ve honestly wondered if I bought a pair that malfunctions it’s so bad 2) They aren’t comfortable and constantly pop out. It’s not enough to turn me off of JBL. Luckily I got them on sale.

High quality sound and stay in place while exercising

Got this wireless earbuds on sale. Not the best compared to airpods or buds but does the work what it is meant for.

The fit is amazing, i can hit the treadmill and weights wjthout ever having to adjust these at all. If theres one drawback its that the ANC is not the best as these dont create a solid seal over your ear, but thats more by design than anything. Overall great sport buds.
