I only purchased these because they discontinued another style of ear buds.. these look nice but do not fit well in my ears . The app is nice , but because they don’t sit well in the ears I am not overly liking them. I wanted them for my work because I’m in a dirty environment. They just don’t work as good as previous ones I use from JBL.

They charge quickly via USB C where as other headphones still use a lightning or srandard USB cord. In addition, they have a dedicated iPhone app which oets you custom tune your listening experience!

Have a pair of B&O’s and i find myself going back to the JBL’s. Sound quality is phenomenal and the background noise/noise canceling work great even in a work place. Being mindful of other audio levels. Highly recommend!

Volume is drastically reduced in right earbud. Yes, I tried to reset them. First pair played 6 months (I bought warranty) and the second pair only more than a month. Time for a different brand.

Assuming that both earpieces are properly positioned in your ears, as with all in-ear headphones, they can be susceptible to a build-up of dust and earwax. This can cause low volume on one or both ear tips or balance issues. To reduce the likelihood of these issues occurring, it is a good idea to periodically clean your ear tips. Clean the ear tips by removing dust and wax using a pointed toothpick to remove larger amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. If the issue persist, please contact JBL Customer Support.
