Additionally, they are the worst sounding of all my earbuds. They are nice and small, but not good at a loud gym.

Posted .Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're here to help. Make sure there is a clear line of sight between devices to avoid interference. Shut down unused Bluetooth devices that could cause interference. Avoid concrete/brick walls that interrupt the signal. Open spaces like parks can also cause issues with Bluetooth signals. You may reset the headphones by turning them on and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 2 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. On the other hand, our JBL Reflect Flow Pro comes in different ear tip sizes that can help the headphones fit more comfortably. Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Reflect Mini TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. It is also necessary to reset the earbuds by double-tapping the right earbud. Then, on the third tap, press and hold the earbuds for more than five seconds (until the unit shuts off). Please make sure that both earbuds are out of the charging case before doing so. It is also necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair again. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Reflect Mini NC TWS. Please try reconnecting the left and right buds by pressing the button beside the charging port while both earbuds are inside the case. If this doesn't help, please try resetting the earbuds to its factory default. To reset, remove the name of the earbuds on your previously connected devices on your Bluetooth settings. Press the button beside the charging port for five seconds while they are in. If the issue remains, please contact JBL Customer Support, we're here to help.
