I currently own buds2 Pro, Airpod pros, Jlab go, under armor, buds2 and other headphones. These are the worst I ever used. The call quality was atrocious, my wife said that I sounded like I was 10 feet from the phone. The app is worthless and the active noise cancellation (acn) is minimal at best. JBL should be ashamed for releasing these. I bought them on a deal of the day for $39.99 and still could not justify keeping them.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. To have better sound quality, you may check the music player app on your source device to see if Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the equalizer. If turning it off does not enhance the sound quality, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. You can also control the Equalizer through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the volume levels of specific frequencies in the audio signal. This feature allows you to personalize sound optimization to better meet your preferences. Sound was very tinny and set off my migraines. Not recommended for people prone to migraines. I had to return them and try another brand of earbuds. They also didn’t fit comfortably in my ears. The medium were too large (both pieces) and smalls were too small and would fall out.
